The food was delicious and served fresh made to order. Of course there was so many fries which is great! Their milkshakes were the perfect thickness and tasted great!

As much as I love the food their employees have zero customer service. After accidentally giving MY order away to another customer because THEY failed to confirm the order was for said customer- instead of simply apologizing and offering to remake it they decided it would be better to blame me for their mistake saying I was not paying attention. Only after a heated back and forth was I able to recieve the food that I already paid for. Regardless of who is right and wrong there is a certain expectation of customer service where here I received none. Just insults and the blame.

Awesome guy taking orders, amazing men and women working up the food, fast and hot. This team is working it today folks. Good burgers, great fries and yummo peanuts. Constant rotation of staff coming into the dining room to clean with spray AND antibacterial wipes. Y'all this store is clean. Fiveguys corp take note!
Great burgers and fries don't forget the free peanuts. The staff was friendly and very professional. The staff is very friendly to the transgender community..hugs buns fries SUICIDE soda(mix a bunch of flavors in your cup). Have a happy day.
5 Stars, I took my neighbor to harrisburg cause she has to spend down her funds to continue receiving services from "office of aging" office so I took her to furniture stores around the Harrisburg PA area since we live in Mifflin County, PA 70 miles away and there is nothing there, can't wait to move out of this state this year anyways, what really grind my gears we my neighbor went to pay for Large Fries and a Coke Cola for $8 dollar total she realizes his Son has his credit card and playing the holding hostage money games luckily she had a $20 in her wallet, but unfortunately it made me flip out and am like "Here We Go" with this guy that the second instance of his nonsense that ruin my evening day and I was prior having a good time before the Xfinity store mess his name on the bill yet my neighbor mother is paying for the services and can't find out what's in the bill cause the employee can't disclosed it to us she was doing her job nothing against the Xfinity employee , this is his Son yet again messing everything up....

Five Guys is a favorite of my family. We had a young girl help us. It was her first day on the job, and she did great! Our order was a little complicated and she took every twist in stride. Our food was made exactly like we had ordered it. The entire restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. And like always, the peanuts were plentiful!
It's always refreshing to come into this site. The team's comrade is nice to see. They care about each other. Thanks for being so real.
