Very authentic mexican food. Service was great. Food was fast, delicious and very tasty. They serve you a big portions. ☺️ Ambience was good, music was not so loud which is great. Bathroom was clean. Our family asked for a pitcher of Horchata water with light ice and the waiter came with this pitcher full of ice with hardly any water on it . I told him that i asked for light ice and he responded very unprofessional and laughing saying that that’s how this place serves their water. He didn’t apologize or offer a solution he just said that that’s how water is serve and didn’t even bother to fix his mistake. Customer asked for light ice and he didn’t bother to hear customer at all. Customer service at this place is very poor. Surprisingly good food for a Tex-Mex place. I had the Chile Verde (pork) which came with warm tortillas..... very delicious. Service was good but not phenomenal. Atmosphere is what you'd expect from Mexican restaurant in a strip mall. I can say it is one of the most popular "Mexican" restaurants in Dubuque and overall I can recommend if your in the mood that type of food. Pretty good food, lots of options, would like to come again to try more items. Portion sizes were a little big for one person, but I suppose it just means more for leftovers. Food came pretty fast

A very bad place. Two weeks ago I passed through here with a friend and my two daughters. the waiter was in a bad mood not waiting for me to finish my order when he was already asking for the next order. After an hour of being outside the place we started with an upset stomach. My little daughter was very sick with pain and vomiting for a couple of days and the doctor said it was food poisoning.
