This is a great place to eat that is in-between fast food and regular dining. You can dine in or go through the drive through. The inside is pretty clean minus the toilet are being a bit messy. The staff are friendly, but often seem under staffed for the dine in area so you may need to go to the front to get things. They do have a digital menu you can order and pay directly on so you don't have to wait for servers if no one is there. I do enjoy the food, it is very flavorful. Surprisingly, I have lived in the Danville area for a little over 3 years, and not one time have I heard about this place. Working in several restaurants, managing a few businesses, there has been such “hush hush” about this place! I see why!! They are outstanding! Customer service, precise, polite, and prompt! Can’t beat it! Pricing, decent for the quality of food, and I am from Cincinnati! Feel like that says something! My cashier/server B was adorable and phenomenal! This is an under rated and great spot! Definitely bringing the family more often!!

We do not have Fazoli’s in PA so every time I visit my parents we make it a point to go here for lunch. The last two times I have used the Fazoli’s app and got a free baked spaghetti one time and five dollars off the second time. Table service is quick and lunch staff was friendly. They have the Coke blend to order fountains, which I like. They also have good iced tea. The restrooms are clean. 2022: This is still a very good place to eat. Always love the food and the waiters and Staff are always Efficient . Today I asked if we had to wear a mask and they said. We, the Customer did not have to, but they did. I don't know of other Fazoli's places, Here in Danville, Kentucky we didn't have to.

Went through the drive thru and waited 30+ minutes for our food. After about 20 minutes, I went in to figure out where the food was and they blamed it on the fact that we ordered wings. This is completely unacceptable. If the menu has wings on it, there should be wings ready to go. A customer should not have to wait 30 minutes for wings to cook, especially in a drive thru. Once we had waited 30 minutes, we went in again to check on the food. The workers made zero effort to make it right. I understand a busy night at a fast food restaurant but this is ridiculous. The customer service was below par. No one apologized and no one even cared. Obviously, I don’t expect customer service to be amazing at a Fazoli’s - or any fast food chain for that matter - it’s fast paced and the workers are in a hurry, but I do expect the workers to make the moment right when they mess up. We requested a refund but none was given. The manager would not come out of the back to speak with us and find a solution. In fact, he/she refused to come out and made the worker go back and forth to communicate.

Worst Italian food in memory. Almost crunchy lasagna with overcooking. Had better quality from a can. The soft drink was adequate.
