We are so pleased everytime we go! They are very kid friendly. The employees are nice and friendly and the place is always clean. The atmosphere is nice and the food is always hot and delicious. First time visit after many years. Amanda our order taker and server was outstanding….pleasant, efficient, seemed very caring that we were enjoying our experience. The food was okay. Pasta was a little dry and lacked the bolder flavor I remembered from a decade ago. Breadsticks were still as good as I remembered. Fazoli's is one of the best places in town within its price range. With the lunch deal, free breadsticks, and kids' deals, it's a very affordable, well-kept establishment.
