We randomly tried this place. None of us had been there before. Pretty good. Although, I thought my fat chance sandwich would have more of a kick to it. But, Service was very fast. We'll keep this place in mind for next time.

The food here is not healthy, it is outstanding! We love the fried Oreos, the Buffalo wings, and they’re out of this world burgers! Oh yeah and don’t forget the macaroni and cheese fried bites!

I’ve been looking forward to trying Fat Shack, but hadn’t made it in there yet, so I was excited to get a sneak peek when I got a Door Dash to deliver from there around 10:40 on 2/25. First, I waited FOREVER because the kid didn’t hear the cow bell that I had to ring for service. The young girls that were there waiting when I got there(or maybe waiting to hang out with the miserable goblin that was working) let me know that “it takes a while for him to come out,” so I waited until my order was past the pickup time and then violently rang it again. This boy with black hair and facial hair then comes out with no smile, and no greeting and rudely looks at me like I’ve disturbed whatever he had going in the back. I just smile and say I’m here for a Door Dash. He blank faced asks me for the name and goes to get it. He comes back with the order and mumbles something as moves the bag toward me. I reached out, but he didn’t seem to want to give it to me, so I pulled my hands back, thinking that it was the girls’ order, and say “oh sorry is that not for me?” He glares at me and rolls his eyes and says something like “yes, I just said that.” Feeling weird and humiliated, and starting to realize that the girls were probably his friends because they started giggling and talking to him as I was leaving, I said “oh ok sorry” and tried to get out of there. Well I had never had a single order with a pickup from two places before and saw that there was meant to be a lemonade on the order. I turned around and went back to the store. I walked in and he was at the counter but wouldn’t even look at me. Finally I just said that I needed a lemonade. He made the ugliest face and said “we don’t even have lemonade,” and wanted to look at my phone. He scrolled up and said something about how “this isn’t even the right place” with a tone of absolute disdain that made me want to slap him. I apologized AGAIN and got the eff out of there. I definitely won’t be coming back and immediately rejected the next Dash I got for Fat Shack. I’m not delivering from anywhere where I have to take abuse from a stank-faced common courtesy deficient little troll child. Like, I’m not your stepmom, bruh. You need to chill tf out. Not to mention that I don’t think that someone with this kind of attitude should be trusted with making food for other people.

Ordered through UberEats and omg… this was heavenly! Ordered two half Fat Shacks and customized them. One of my customizations wasn’t made but it wasn’t a big deal. Sandwiches were messy and oh so delicious! Fries were tasty as well. Also ordered the fried cheesecake bites (not pictured) and they were heavenly! Would definitely order here when we’re in the area again. So delicious!!

The cheese steak is good. A little salty, but the meat 🍖 is well seasoned. I wish it had lettus, tomatoes, and pickles. It's hot 🔥 so blow it. A little spicy sauce for it. The funnel cake bites taste a little like beiggnets. 👍 if they were 4, square, and bigger. A drip of honey on top. Smack.. would taste like the old beiggnet place on westheimer by Lanier. The strawberry is light like jam. Don't mix chocolate and strawberry unless you want a sugar high. Super sweet. The strawberry milkshake is all gone. That says enough. Don't miss out on this place while your wife and kids are inside plays pace 2 doors down.

Angus cheeseburger had decent flavor and aroma. Meat had crispy edges but was very dry. Burger came with brioche bun with the usual fixings. Thick crispy onion rings. The portion sizes and overall experience don't match the price though. Few customers and few workers on a Friday night. They are open late which is a plus. Overall, worth a try but not something I would eat on a regular basis.
I think they give you a free dessert if you post a positive review. That's why there are so many 5 star reviews to inflate the rating.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this spot that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I could sense that there was something special about this place. The atmosphere was warm and inviting,
But let's talk about the food. Oh my goodness, the food! If you're a fan of wings and cheese fries, you absolutely must come here. The wings are a masterpiece - crispy and juicy with just the right amount of seasoning. And the cheese fries? Don't even get me started. They're crispy, cheesy, and addictive in the best possible way.
The best part? I know I'll be back to sample the rest of the menu. From the sound of it, there are plenty of other delicious items to choose from - everything from burgers to fried Twinkie. I can't wait to come back and see what else this place has to offer.
In short, if you're looking for a great spot with amazing wings, cheese fries, and friendly staff, look no further. This is the place to be. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

The hamburger did not have any lettuce, no flavor in the meat and no mayonnaise. This was the most simple, expensive ($8.25) and smallest hamburger that I have ever purchased anywhere, also it doesn't come with fries or a drink.
It didn't look like advertised and it also tasted burned as well, the lettuce adds to the size and flavor and it was missing because they ran out of lettuce, the meat was very thin as well.
