One of the best burgers I've had in the city and a place I now often go to. The buns are fluffy and not dry, the burgers aren't falling apart and the sauce isn't overpowering. We usually order the Meaty Madness and the Double Nashville Chicken Cheeseburger, both of them fantastic. The sides are also warm and tasty. I absolutely adored the stroopwafel milkshake!
The waiting time is on the longer side, at least 20-25 min but you can vibe to the 00's hiphop music. Don't let the emptiness of the place fool you.

We had three simple orders and waited 45 minutes until we got our food. Once we'd gotten our order, the burgers easily fell apart and the loaded fries were a bit soggy. The taste of both the loaded fries and burgers was fine, but wasn't worth the 45-minute wait.

The burgers were alright, but not great. Not very loaded and the flavors fell flat, the coleslaw was definitely overpowering. The loaded fries, however, were amazing. Fries itself felt like frozen fries, but the meat and cheese made up for it, especially considering the relatively cheap price. The interior was pleasant, with a nice view of the Grote Markt, and you can order on a fast food type of screen, which makes the experience more accessible. Overall recommend for a quick bite, but there are better burger places in town in similar price ranges.

We were very excited to try the food. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak and fries. The order took longer than 15 min to be ready. The fries were fresh and tasty. About the sandwiches, it was good but the meat was not cooked properly. Also, the music was loud; I wish it were lower.

It took them more than 40 mins to prepare the food even though there were only 4 other people inside. When the burgers and 1 portion of fries finally came, the other person still had to wait for the mac n' cheese, which after all this time was undercooked. The food is extremely expensive for the quality and the time spent there. Definitely not worth it, will never go back again. We could've gone to Burger King and gotten the same quality for much cheaper.

We waited for two hours for our delivery, and to our disappointment, the food arrived cold. The restaurant owner seemed indifferent to serving warm meals. The taste of the meat was also quite unpleasant. I won't be ordering from them again and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Even 1 star is too much for them... To the owner of this restaurant: If you had to wait for a delivery person for two hours, you should consider preparing the food closer to the delivery time to ensure it reaches your customers hot. Earn your money with integrity. Shame on you for compromising customer satisfaction in this manner. Never again...

I ordered a tripple cheese burger and a drink, the burger was tasty even I normal try to avoid having these types of processed cheese in my meals. The burger was tasty full of flavor, the price was around 15 euros which is slightly above the average of a normal burger, but the taste was good.

9.50 for 6 tatter tots is a joke ordered it expecting an actual side dish but when I opened my order there was a small burger box filled with the 6 tots some cheese sauce and bacon when the picture had much more. In comparison I paid 13.75 for a huge burger with tenders, pastrami, meet and sauce. That scale doesn't make sense to me. Called to try ask if they had made a mistake or to see if they could do anything, but was told that it was the normal portion size and that they couldnt do anything. Good burger but feels like I've been completely ripped off.
