1st visit. Used drive thru. It was fast. Unfortunately the food isn't worth anywhere near the price. The burger doesn't taste fresh, and it has absolutely no flavor. I didn't add the dressing to my burger. I'm guessing that how they get flavor? Because without it, the meat itself doesn't have a taste. The amount of fries to make it a combo not worth it. Farmer Boy’s is my new go-to burger joint! I love their Bacon Boy burger. And my wife loves their BLT. The Higley Road location is always clean, and the workers are friendly and pleasant. The worker who takes your order will stop back at your table to check on the food and your satisfaction. On your way out, there’s a ship’s bell to ring if you were happy with the meal and service. I got the Big Cheese combo with half n half (zucchini & fries) I love their zucchini. The whole meal is great and you get a lot of food. The staff are great and the place is always welcoming. I got the breakfast burrito and cold brew coffee. Wasn't cheap, a little more than $16, but don't let the drive thru fool you. Best quality fast food breakfast I personally had. Staff was quick and friendly, too. 5/5 for me. Would be 6/5 if they can bring down the price just a little bit, but don't take that as a conplaint. Definitely didn't feel robbed. Very satisfied. I wish I could rate this place higher, I truly do. I have had the absolute worst experience with an employee named "Bruno". On a previous visit, I had swapped my burger bun with "the sourdough" and it came out on the pseudo-garlic bread. It was delicious. I come in the other day and order a burger on the sourdough with "Bruno" and there was no indication it was going to be brought out and plain bread. When the food arrives to the table, its on plain bread and as Im trying to talk to this person, there's no offer to remake the food with the bread I was expecting. They walked away. What kind of customer service is that? There were 2 groups in the restaurant at the time, mine and one other. The drive thru wasnt busy. There was no excuse to not offer my family a better experience. There are two locations for FB's here in the valley - and I'm tempted to drive from Mesa to West Phoenix/Buckeye for a better experience. There is no "atmosphere" here, outside of transactional. You order - they bring the food - maybe take your tray - and you leave. More often than not, there is no real pleasantries or customer service appeal. Food tastes great. Always double check your order for accuracy, they usually forget something on bigger orders. Portions are good but zucchini is sliced too big. Should be cut into several smaller pieces. Edit: changed review from 4 stars to 3 because instead of a genuine response, they simply replied with a plug for their instagram. Firstly, I wanted to give a shout-out for the service. Everyone that I interacted with were incredibly nice and did a phenomenal job. I had the double cheese burger and the portions were nice, but I felt like the meat had no flavor or seasoning. It was really plain. As my first experience, I was not happy with the burger. Tried them for the first time, warning food is on the pricey side but for the quality of food you receive well worth it. It's not your typical fast food burger joint, the food was restaurant/ bar & grill quality! Staff was super friendly greeted you when you came in and told you bye when you left. Store was clean, noticed the managers and staff stayed busy and made sure the lobby was staying clean. I got their new Cheese Lovers Grilled Burger with their Hand Crafted Onion Rings, it was delicious 😋. They also have breakfast items served all day, I will definitely have to try next time! First time into restaurant. Greeted at counter by Elvira. Awesome young lady. She was very helpful in my ordering and the food was terrific. Elvira is a very enthusiastic employee.
