The wonderful staff member saw my interest in the sleek lined espresso machine. He went to the effort of explaining the amazing piece of Dutch engineering. Judging by the plethora of coffee related articles this place is a coffee haven. I love the “business outlet meets nature” feel to the seating area. I’ll make sure I have a sample of the black gold when I return.

Took my kids (1&3 years) out to go plane spotting on the observation deck. Decided to stay for dinner and was surprised in a very positive way: freshly prepared pasta & burger using fresh ingredients by friendly and capable staff. All that for a mere 25 euro including drinks. Please let me know if you've found a better deal!

After going through the passport control a bit early (because it’s a hassle going through the queue while handling all the luggage + jacket + possible hot beverage) I thought of getting a cup of tea at the Farm at the other side of the passport control. Both employees were sitting at a table, looked at me repeatedly and didn’t say a thing. I asked if one could help me and one said they were on their break and I should go back out of the passport control area. Very bad customer experience. They should get a break, but not both at the same time and if they happen to have break, they could at least approach the customers themselves and apologize rather than look up, ignore me and look away again. Very bad service and I won’t try to have tea at this spot anymore.
