Yesterday, I ordered Mozzarella sticks, A cheese burger and curly fries. I contact support because the order is late, Im told that they will call me. I wait an additional 45 minutes after the delivery time to get a phone call saying the delivery driver is outside. I go outside and there's no one there. I wait another 5 minutes outside and nothing so I go back inside and call the restaurant. Im put on hold for 20 minutes and then give up until this morning. I call this morning and I am yelled at by the owner saying that my order was delivered successfully to a tall skinny man (I am very clearly a curvy short woman.) I say I either want my food delivered today or a refund for the order. He hung up on me and I called back. He threatens to call the police if I call again. Im disputing the charge with my bank as I type this. Their food is usually pretty good for being frozen food and all, but the customer service alone is enough for me to abandon loyalty to this place. my bf had three slices of pizza yesterday/last night, and now his entire day saturday he’s been throwing up and running to the bathroom all day. He has a stomach bug from the pizza he ate! And severely sick. cant drink or eat anything at all. he rarely gets sick, especially at this extent, so I know! it was from this place. Whatever was in the pizza or however it was cooked, made him SICK! it was probably old smh. This is should be shut down! immediately! Food: 1

Will never order from there again ..while waiting on our slices. I watched the guys at the counter cough in his hand 3 XS did not sanitize or wash his hands .Then turned around and grabbed my order and another and handed to me and didn't Even thing twice. Needless to say I threw my pizza out. It was contaminated. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Very disappointed in my experience with this place. I work in an office, and they charged us $3.00 PER PERSON to deliver to us - (right up the street, btw), resulting in an $18.00 delivery fee? $18.00??? Plus we all tipped, unaware of the delivery fee. And then the food was pretty gross. Chicken cutlet was tough and old. Almost inedible. That's it for me. The general consensus around the table was Nevermore. Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Let me start by saying their lasagna was absolutely delicious! I could have gone for seconds (even thirds!) for sure. Buffalo wings were very good. I think the sauce had something to do with it but they taste better and different than the usual hot wings other places serve. The reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because of the pepperoni on the pizza. I ordered through Uber Eats and the picture they (Falcon Pizza) have of pepperoni pizza shows hand sliced pepperoni that curls up when cooked. Matter of fact, the second I scrolled past their name on Uber Eats and saw that picture that was the very thing that made me and my kids want to try here. We were disappointed to see it was not the same kind of pepperoni but rather regular presliced. That’s ok, and not a bad thing, just not what the picture showed and not what we were craving. Overall the food was very good. We will definitely order from here again, but please consider hand sliced pepperoni! Even if it’s a specialty “pepperoni lover’s” pizza. I would be sure to order it regularly.

Good if you are starving late night! Because nobody else is open as late as them. The customer service was impeccable! Usually when someone walks into a restaurant 13 minutes before they close..the staff gets moody. But, not here! When I mentioned that to the woman, she said, "The last customer of the day is just as important as the first Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
