Fair Witness is an amazing cocktail bar, a place I'll visit time and time again. It's the kind of spot that just feels right, where the focus is on crafting fantastic custom cocktails that'll leave you wanting more. The cocktail menu is pure perfection! You can choose to sit inside, cozy up by the fire pit, or enjoy the fresh air at their charming picnic tables. Service here? Always a flawless 10/10. Even when they might not have all the ingredients for your desired cocktail, they go above and beyond to accommodate your taste buds. Plus, they don't mind if you want to capture the magic on camera while they craft your drink – a definite bonus! WHAT WE ORDERED: - House-made Vermouth on draft, a delightful fusion of grapefruit, lemon, orange peel, elderflower, chamomile, and vanilla bean - Juliet y Romeo: A minty cucumber gimlet with a twist! We add unpeeled cucumber for a hint of bitterness, a pinch of salt in the drink, and a spritz of rosewater for that extra touch of elegance - Spools of String: A Manhattan-inspired creation featuring muddled strawberries, a dash of Angostura bitters, nutty dry sherry, and Cocchi Americano infused with chai from Angelina's tea - Egg White Vodka Sour: A unique blend of lemon, egg white, vodka infused with blueberries for six months, Benedictine liqueur, a dash of black pepper, and a sprinkle of salt Cheers to great drinks and good times! Great drinks in a wonderful, cozy, neighborhood atmosphere. I love finding places that feel really local and community-centric when I travel, and Fair Witness fits that description perfectly. There were always folks huddled around the fire pits in conversation whenever I walked by, and during my visit, it seemed like every seat at the bar was occupied by someone making a new friend. If you like a chill, honest place to have a drink, here's where you should go.

What a fresh breath of wonderful??!! This bar and space is amazing. Husband and I found it by mistake and we already have plans to go there again next week! The company, bartenders, and overall crowd create a simplistic ambiance that allows one to unwind! Great choice- do not miss this place!!! Price per person $20–30

I enjoy coming here. I don't drink but Kim and Blake are super nice along with the rest of the people that work there. People seem to like their drinks 🍸.. they have karoke 🎤 on Sunday nights 7 till 11pm. They also do concerts and contest through the year.
Tasty drinks and cool atmosphere. It was pretty crowded when we went but we were eventually able to find a booth to sit it. It’s a small intimate bar perfect for quiet dates.

Great drinks. Awesome use of old RJR facility.
Bars can show you a city in its truest form. They serve as a meeting place for locals to drink cocktails or beer, socialize and let off some steam after a long day or week of work. The tragedies and triumphs of the community of regulars who occupy their favorite benches and stools are the daily ebb and flow of a favourite bar—and they're not necessarily problematic drinkers, but they're just after a third-place or that communal ground that isn't home or work. It's a place to experience people as people—sometimes at their worst, sometimes at their best, always fascinating, always real. That said, there are only two things you have to do to be a decent bar: make adequate drinks and be a good host. Yes, there are other tasks and skills bartenders might want to learn, but really, those are the top two. Make drinks and be nice. I'll forgive bartenders who can't make drinks very well if they're good hosts (you can always order something foolproof like beer or a glass of wine), but I don't want to be around a person who makes me feel unwelcome when I'm about to give them business. The Hanes Martini used to be my favourite go-to cocktail, but the last two times I ordered it, the drink was too bitter. Last week, the margarita was off too. Then there are the attitudes of some of the bartenders. Yikes. Criticism is uncomfortable, but it's time Fair Witness Fancy Drinks raised the bar.
First time I've been in a bar in decades. I'm basically not a bar person -- never has been my thing. Not fond of paying as much for a glass of wine as I would for an entire bottle at the grocery store. This occasion was to celebrate the life of a just-deceased friend from MIXXER Maker Space -- a wake, of sorts. The whole crowd brought potluck dishes, stood and sat around the few tables while chatting , sharing experiences. The owner, who was present on this particular Sunday night, facilitated our being there, which struck me as generous. Ours was not the only group there. The place holds karaoke nights, this night lead by the owner, who has a fine bass voice. 5 stars because of the friendly ambience, generosity of the place. Somebody else is going to have to rate the quality of bar stock, talk about what foods may be offered. Fifty years ago, I could not possibly have believed there'd be such a facility in the midst of what was, for decades, Reynolds cigarette factories and Bailey power plant. If you're of the "Silent" or "Greatest" generations, go there just for the amazement factor, at least once. For the rest of you, if you're looking for a friendly place to hang out, this is your place.
