Fantastic baked goods and food! Loved every single cake I've tried here. Always perfect flavor, texture, consistency, everything you would want from a cake. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Highly recommend this place.

Makes one of my favorite Chai lattes. Tasty baked goods and yummy cafe options. Gurus is connected so you can enjoy other food options. Update: we’ve enjoyed the Delicious blueberry pancakes and a yummy cowboy eggs Benedict covered in country gravy. #enlitenbakery
A nice bakery and cafe with good food. They seem to do a lot of locally sourced. Plenty of seats between the bakery and cafe. They don't have table service though. Fun atmosphere. Plan to spend about $12 / plate.

Enliten is a small, cozy coffee shop located in the heart of downtown Provo, Utah. The shop has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with exposed brick walls, well-lit windows, and eclectic art on the walls. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they are always happy to help you find the perfect cup of coffee. If you're looking for a great cup of coffee in a warm and inviting atmosphere, I would recommend stopping by. I grabbed a rooibos tea and treat on the way home. (Also a fun art print for cheap)

Staff was friendly, food was okay! Their chai was good, didn’t try the coffee. We went during the afternoon and the restaurant was mostly empty, so it was surprising that the food took forever to come out. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The place looks great but unfortunately it seems like the cook was having a pretty bad day. We ordered the artichoke, spinach and mushroom pizza, and it arrived without mushrooms. When we asked for it to be corrected, the cook handed us a little tub of RAW mushrooms. Then we approached a waitress and asked for a better solution. She took our pizza to put it back in the oven, and brought it back at room temperature still with mostly raw mushrooms. We gave up at that point and enjoyed the spinach artichoke pizza. Oh well. Hopefully the chef has a better day next time.
Co-Located with Guru's Cafe in Provo, it shares some of the same aesthetics. I "checked in" on YELP at Guru's when we had dinner there and was "rewarded" with a coupon for a "free cookie" from Enliten Bakery. Normally, I don't accept gifts or discounts from places I review unless it is a printed coupon anyone can use and this offer seemed close enough to that standard to give it a try. Also, living hundreds of miles away there was not likely another opportunity to use it later. Generally, my view is if I wouldn't buy something, getting it for free with a coupon is "no great deal." It was a busy day for the hard working crew at Enlighten and Guru's and it was also within an hour of their closing. After enjoying a very good dinner I went to the bakery counter to find out what my coupon could redeem? They had a single peanut butter cookie left which had a corner broken off, some sugar cookies, and some gluten-free cookies, one each of chocolate chip, the other was Snickerdoodle. Of all of these the broken peanut butter cookie was the most appealing to me and sugar cookies the least. I also thought to myself I'll take "the damaged one" so they can sell the others. The nice lady grabbed it with tongs and just add she tried to put it in a bag with them the cookie fell to the floor. She was mortified. She asked if I wanted a suggest cookie instead and I explained that would not go over well with my wife who would be sharing it with me. She then offered the two remaining gluten-free cookies, which I accepted. The grace she handled this with is more noteworthy than the cookies. They were good, even two days later when we enjoyed them with decaf enhanced with a little Irish Cream back at home. The bakery also had Sweet Potato Cheesecake which really intrigued me but I didn't have room for after our meal from Guru's and our would not have kept well during our drive back to Cheyenne the next day. While we were still a at the bakery, I "checked in" on YELP and... got another coupon for a "free cookie". The next time were there I'm not going to use it. Instead, I'm going to leave room for desert and try a slice of that Sweet Potato (or some other) cheesecake. 😁 Bon Appétit 😀
Came to try some things from their bakery. I tried the ham and cheese croissant and their Nutella brownie. They were both tasty, but I was a little disappointed with the small amount of ham and cheese inside the croissant, and somehow I lost half my brownie when the cashier put it in the box. I don't know what really happened there but the brownie was definitely bigger than this when he pulled it out of the tray.
Little bakery attached to Guru’s. A great fit because you can eat a healthy lunch and then go right next door for dessert and coffee. Guru’s and Enliten have been the go-to meet up spot downtown for a number of years now. WiFi. Counter serve. Minimal street parking, but it’s only busy during certain times. Garage parking nearby. Lots of seating, a few couches and plug-in spots. Only a block away from the best spots for a downtown stroll.
The chocolate cake is literally the best thing I’ve ever tasted. Everyone must come here and try it.
