A delightful breath of air after having mostly overpriced mediocre touristy food in Tromsø most of our Norway trip. Reasonably priced, scrumptious down-to-earth flavor, and just the right amount of salt. Located on the second floor with a door that just needs a firm tug to open. I stopped by this wonderful restaurant for a late lunch/early dinner. Elias is located on the second floor of a charming building downtown Harstad, which provides wonderful views of the lovely city center. The menu has many things to choose from, I went for the kofta which was served with hummus, salad, and pommes. Both the meal and the hospitality were wonderful! This place was a good surprise, on a Sunday with a lot of restaurants closed, we did decide to try Elias because was on the centrum.. the portions are big, and its a good price. The staff was really nice. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person kr 200–300 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
