Awesome hospitality. Arrived a few minutes after closing on Christmas Eve. They offered and served us the holiday special that was already prepared. The roast pork and mashed plantain were excellent. Generous portions. Thank you for welcoming travelers at the end of a holiday.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Came around late 6pm and there was no one in line. Guy didn’t acknowledge us until about 5 minutes and we asked him about one of the entrees then he walks away. 15 minutes later a woman with a black apron comes out of nowhere and takes the order of the person that was behind us. She went to the back kitchen and then the guy pops up. I guess tells her that he didn’t take our order and we waited another 25 minutes for our food .

Definetly a highlight to our visit to Puerto Rico. The staff was really nice and personable understood my broken English. They got our order right, our food was delicious, and the prices are wonderful! The empanadas are AMAZZZINNNGGGGG!!! 10/10 recommended!
The waitress was very nice and friendly but unfortunately you can eat nice or friendly. After waiting for a very long time, they forgot to send out the shrimp with our entree that we ordered. We got rice and beans and the rice was so bland and had several uncooked pieces of hard rice. So not worth it
It was meh at best. Food was incredibly greasy which sucked. They didn't have any of the stuffed Jalapenos but suggested the stuffed mushrooms, which were quite tasty but greasy. We ended up going to the spot right across and got an empanada there since it took so long to get anything accomplished.
On vacation for our honeymoon and we were staying at the Hilton . The distance between here and the hotel is good. The mofongo with chicken and garlic sauce is so good we had to come back for dinner. Nice size portions and good price. Probably the best food stop we have tried here in Puerto Rico!!
Great authentic Puerto Rican food. Food takes time to get as most everything is made to order. It is worth the wait.

My wife and I were staying at an Airbnb right around the corner. We didn't want to go too far to go out to eat, and from our experiences in PR so far we've noticed small roadside restaurants like these tend to make the relatively simple, local favorites the best. Our waitress was very responsive, our table clean, the music was not too loud, and our fried pork and tostones were extremely good and provided in very generous portions. In fact it was some of the best fried pork we had enjoyed on this trip around the whole island.
I don’t know if it is usual at this place, but I had to wait over two hours to get the food. Also there were a lot of mosquitoes. However the food was good, but somewhat pricey.
