The food was amazing. Service was great. We will definitely be going back as you enter you see the $5 charge for the restroom which we all thought was funny. My husband is the only one that went to the restroom he said it was nasty. Definitely recommend them. It was our first time here and the manager greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. We were seated immediately and drinks/appetizers served quickly. Our food arrived in a good amount of time. Our only complaint is that the sauce used in a dish wasn’t spicy as advertised. Everything was still delicious though. The service was excellent and the prices were fair. Soooo delicious. We got chicken burritos and they were sooo yummy. Everything was hot and the chips were to die for. Chips came out hot and everything just had great flavor. My wife and I absolutely love this place! Such a great, quite and relaxed atmosphere with amazing service and the food is delicious! My wife has digestive issues and often has problems with food when we go out to eat, and she has never had any issues with the food at this place. We can here at least twice a week and the food is amazing for such a great price too! The food was excellent! I had tacos and enchiladas. My wife had fajitas beef and chicken. Both were fantastic. Absolutely will leave full. Service was good, communication difficult with waitress because she appeared not to understand English. The place is clean and salsa music on the background. Would recommend this place! *2023- El Pancho Villa is under new ownership* My family and I went back for the first time in a while once we heard the good news that the restaurant made some positive changes. If you're like me and you stopped visiting because of the dip in food quality here, you need to give them another go! The food was amazing, especially the quesa birria tacos (which I will absolutely order every time now). And the service and staff were very friendly and attentive. This is the best Mexican food I've found around Charlotte when you are looking for California style Mexican food. The owner is very friendly and has a great staff.
