I showed up right when shop opened up bright and early @ 6am. I ordered 11 pieces of bread. Got home only to bite into rancid bread that had texture like a dried out sponge. My wife called to return the bread. We showed up before closing time and shop was already closed. We noticed they leave the bread out overnight in the display case. Which means what doesn’t sell stays on display for the following day. I do not recommend this place to anyone!! We later found out this place has a bad reputation for poor quality bread. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere….. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The (bolillo) bread 🥖 is good... but the owners are somehow rude when it comes to help customers. Especially the young man and the old lady... they both have not very nice attitude. They should be more friendly with their customers

The food is very nice. I like how well done the bread is. Staff can be friendly if you are nice to them.
El servicio al cliente es pésimo, la dueña tiene un modo muy feo, no es nada cordial con los clientes parece k siempre está de muy mal humor. Lastima del buen bolillo, k es lo único bueno k tienen. Deberían de ser más amables con los clientes.
They make the best masa mix to make tamales, love their Mexican bread, really friendly staff.
Called to make a request for Masa. I asked the man who answered the phone if he had masa made with vegetable oil by any chance (vegan friends). He said "no si usted no quiere producto de animal preparela usted" and hung up on me. I attempted to call back multiple times to explain and apologize if I had offended him but would not pick up the phone. I was so disappointed, upset and super bummed out because its MY favorite masa! I was just trying to find an alternative for friends. Customer service and professionalism needs to improve greatly!!! I guess they think they have enough business and don't need mine.

We buy our masa from them every year. But take cash, they don't do debit/credit. Also, their bags are thin, take something strong to carry them out
The bread is good but she is rude and always in a bad mood not worth going back
