El betos is the same as "betos". It is a different company, but is the same ol food. I went for a California burrito and it was Soo good!

I noticed that there were a lot of 1 star reviews recently. I wouldn't recommend this place or probably go again.
The meat was a little fatty, but overall the food was decent, I don't think it was worth the price though.
They charge more if you pay with a card, so I'd recommend having cash on hand if you plan to go and usually only carry cards. It's printed clearly on the drive through menu, but when I arrived at the window they assumed I was paying with a card, I needed to tell them I was paying with cash.
Other than the food being average and the high prices, I overall had a good experience, but wouldn't recommend.

Standard texmex but they have really embraced shrinkflation. Multiple times I've gone there and had a fizzy fermenting salsa. Not worth it with better options two blocks down the road

UPDATE AUGUST 2023.
Idk if it's the new management of el beto or what changed but the food, the people, everything is so much better. The rolled tacos were not overcooked, they were soft and crunchy and the guacamole and sour cream were so good, even the cheese was different and I could tell by how it melted. The california burrito smacked. So good. Had to up my rating from 2 starts to 5 stars because of the difference under the new management.
The quality of food gets worse the more I come here. I wish I could upload video so you could hear how hard and stale the tortilla was. Look at how it was prepared and given to me! All the beans came out in the first bite. I had to peel off a ton of tortilla. The red hot sauce tastes like it's been freezer burned AND it's very sour. I'm Mexican, I know what hot sauce shouldn't taste like.
Edit: just took a bite of my side of rice and it was crunchy. 100% spit it out because it was so crunchy. Flavor was good but the crunch made me gag.
The rolled tacos are always hard as a rock. I ordered the special which should come with guac and sour cream but it didnt. They won't answer their phone to hear the complaints.

Never eat here. All they have is Cheese Enchiladas with rice & beans as though people can live on pure cheese & no meat. I tried ordering two Chicken Enchiladas with rice & beans & they tried to charge $22.09 with no drink. If you go to "Mi Ranchito" in Orem, you get 2 Chicken Enchiladas & a drink with refills under $15. Their new seats are great.

Needed a place to eat and our daughter took us here. The cashier was really nice and explained the menu. We ordered and she brought it out. Mine was the cheese enchiladas. It was not really great. It was done with shredded cheese which wasn't cooked long enough so not melted and not more than warm. All the lunch dishes were $14 which I thought was to high for what got and for lunch.

Ordered veggie nachos, and they handed me bare chips with pinto beans and lettuce. NO CHEESE.
I went back in (from the drive-through) and asked them to put cheese on my nachos because the man that took our order said there was cheese when I asked. They told me that they couldn’t, and all they could do was give me cheese to put on myself. They handed me a tiny bag of cold cheese to put on my bare nachos when I got home.
I PAID $16 FOR BARE TORTILLA CHIPS WITH LETTUCE AND A BAGGY OF COLD CHEESE.
