Avenida Hostos is great to spend sometime with the locals, enjoy amazing music, and refreshing drinks. But I think El 69 has to be by far the most fun chinchorro I've been to! DJ and Karaoke on the night I visited, which on a weekday can be pretty slow, it was still buzzing with great island vibes. Their mojitos ought to be the best I tried in the island! The service is excellent. I assume that on weekends this must be one of the most fun places to go as they appear to have games and things to do next door/backyard. You'll have fun reading the different signs throughout this lovely chinchorro. (by the way, we didn't eat here. Only had their drinks. Not sure if food is served, hence 3 stars).

You will need to bug spray to eat here :( they need to plant a bunch of citronella plants lol. Cool looking place though.

Bad service 4 bartenders still you have to wait atleast 20 minutes for a drink. Good ambiance and music. New are is very spacey and welcoming. The sound system should be a bit more out there. There were many spots where you could barely hear the DJ. Overall i would say good for begining the night not ending it.
