Honestly the service could be better. I placed a pick up order and somehow my rewards did not carry through the order. The service was just not great but didn’t let that ruin my day. I thoroughly enjoyed the egg sandwich and it had tons of bacon. The food is great but the service could be better. The girl at the register tried to charge me twice, didn’t toast my bagel sandwich and also gave a frozen twice baked hash brown? How so if it’s suppose to be twice baked. And they did nothing to accommodate the inconvenience never again. Disgusting

The workers there are extremely rude and nasty. I went on 09/17/23 in the afternoon and not only did this guy rush me with my order while there was nobody in there. He was dirty and never washed his hands. No gloves just slopping food together

i was helped out and better understood the functions of the app very patiently by AP. he was very kind, and generous with his time and made an unforgettable moment. as someone who was having a bad day, coming to this location picked me right back up.

Great food, a little pricey, I’d give them a higher rating if they didn’t shut down their delivery apps so early in the morning. I get that places do it when they get busy but there was a time that I went in and there were no customers and when I went to check both Grubhub and DoorDash were turned off. They turn it off at 8:30am or earlier! Plus they don’t allow you to make any notes or special requests so I have to call every time I place an order just to request a coffee blend.

What’s the point of having hours posted if you just decide when you want to close daily? Multiple times they have locked there doors, still inside, 2-3 hours before they are supposed to close. Sure the food is good, if you want it literally thrown at you. TERRIBLE service, unreliable hours.
