We got two different pastries (a lemon roll and a vanilla danish). The danish was dry and the taste of both was just average. There were few options for pastries in the bakery, though they seemed to have some nice sandwiches and bread loaves. Price-wise it was fine, but we’ll be trying something else.

We had Edgars recommended to us by the tourist office when we visited at the end of March. Edgars is hugely popular with the locals and is a great place, with friendly staff - the staff member when we mentioned that the Tourist office had recommended them gave us two free pastries.

I went to Edgars and ordered an iced coffee. The lady working said she would bring it to me but after a few minutes, my coffee wasn't ready so I asked her again. She forgot about my order and continued apologizing for the simple mistake. It wasn't a big deal, and she was so genuine about it. She ended up bringing me a pastry in addition to my coffee. They had great customer service!

Very tasty pastries and really good coffee here. Friendly and helpful employees. Good location in the middle of the city / town center/ pedestrian area. Clean. Nice tables and benches. Modern and urban interior design and furniture. Friendly atmosphere.

The place itself is not particularly exciting, pretty boring decor, but a good central location and the “kaneldrøm” pastry is easily the best pastry I’ve ever tried.
