Friendly atmosphere! The iced caramel frappe was a great well balanced drink. It was not overly sweet, nor was it bitter. The hot americano was a little rough. I think I acquired four new chest hairs from drinking it. It’s stout, tastes hardcore, and will add bass to your voice. Super friendly staff that even asked us about our trip. Green hatch Chile burrito was incredible. Don’t let the name fool you . It wasn’t spicy. It was really hot in the foil and I thought “great we’re going to have to wait 30 minutes to eat it”, but it was perfect temperature when I unwrapped after 5 minutes.

* UPDATED * ****Not sure if this was just a coincidence, however I heard from the grape vine 2 weeks after this review that DJs has switched food providers and was now getting their food made from Roadhouse (local place in town). I tired the veggie burrito and it was absolutely delicious. I do however still miss the salsa. Hopefully this quality is consistent and here to stay**** This place has zero consistency. They offer food but are constantly changing what they serve and the quality is horrible. Either the food is scolding hot or it’s cold. Idk who makes their food, but they should consider other options. I used to enjoy the burritos but they got rid of the salsa. Now they are impossible eat. The ham and cheese croissants used to be good, then they started adding parmesan cheese and reduced the ham to basically nothing. They finally replaced their gross ham breakfast sandwich with sausage and still managed to make that disgusting. I doubt the people that run this place have even tried any of the food they offer. $6-$10 for this food is a complete rip off considering is uneatable. The smell and taste is just asking for food poisoning. Consume at your own risk. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

I’m allergic to eggs and ordered the vegetarian burrito because it did not list eggs as an ingredient. It contains eggs and the staff advised that it always contains eggs. They close at 10 am and kick you out of the inside seating. So you can't sit and visit with a friend or enjoy a mid morning cup of coffee. Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

If you want an alternative to Starbucks, this is it! Durango Joes is a local coffee chain with multiple locations. Last time I was in I got a lavender honey "frappajoe" as recommended by the very friendly and helpful barista. The coffee has a really rich flavor without any burnt flavor. The atmosphere is very similar to a Starbucks, but instead of bland corporate art they have photos of their own coffee adventures. I don't care for the drinks here, the variety seems lacking. The way the menu set up its difficult to know what is in each drink. They are always friendly and enthusiastic with great service though!! Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
