Fantastic ambience. Owners are so friendly and personable. Drinks are delicious. You can tell owners/management care about the craft and the business. Highly recommend stopping in. Cheers

Durango distillery with tasty, high quality craft cocktails made with their own in house distilled bourbon, moonshine, and vodka. Super friendly staff, nice atmosphere and a large dog friendly patio space. The drinks were great

Delicious craft in their spirits. You will be blown away by the way they infuse flavors on their top quality moonshine. I was unfortunate to show up when they ran out of moonshine, but that tells you how good it is. Im looking forward to 2 yrs when they finish the blue corn bourbon. I'm asking a friend to get me a box of that.

Ryan is the best! He is so nice and friendly and showed us a great time while we were visiting from Denver. Delicious cocktails with a laid back vibe. We will definitely be coming back when we are back in Durango!

This should definitely be on your list when visiting Durango. The Old Fashioned is fantastic! I have tried OFs around the country in what are regarded as the best cocktail bars, and the Durango Craft Spirits OF is easily on par with the best. The spirits are well crafted and delicious on their own. Michael, the owner and distiller, incorporated his extensive knowledge about local history into the sample tasting, making the tasting an incredibly fun (and educational) experience. I'll be back soon and frequently!

This place is homey and welcoming. They allow customers to have tastes of drinks before committing to something. We came for the moonshine and left with a bottle of whiskey. Unfortunately they had run out of bottles moonshine but we tried the strawberry flavored one they had on hand and also a cinnamon infused one too. Friendly owners and safe establishment!

Super sweet owners and a friendly (but not jumpy!) dog to boot. Recommend The Sheriff Thompson if you like mules.
Also super clean and even cute bathrooms if you're in need of those to go with your drink!
Update stopping in here again but this time with the delicious moonshine mule. (Also had the animas city the other night but I forgot to get a picture of that one)

My boyfriend and I stopped in last week while visiting from Illinois. The bartender was so friendly. Being homesick for our pet after a week of traveling, it made our day that there was an adorable friendly dog just chilling by the bar. But most importantly, the drinks we had were unique and delicious. We enjoyed that each spirit and cocktail had an interesting story behind it. So glad for the experience, from the drinks, to the service, and even the other customers. We can't wait to enjoy the bottles we bought to try at home. After a few cocktails there, we felt comfortable assuming anything they make is going to be good!

Super awesome Owner. The best vodka I've ever had! Great atmosphere. Spent hours just chatting with the owner and sampling various drinks while differnt people rolled in and chatted too. The mule and the bloddy Mary are awesome! We were on vacation and just randomly saw the sign while walking by. So glad we did! Bought a bottle of bourbon and vodka to take home too! And even the bathrooms are super clean (so random, but it matters haha). And the owner put on the baseball game for us!

I can’t really speak to the spirits as they were purchased for gifts but… I can speak to the service, which was horrid. I’m sorry a polite tourist bothered you while having about 8 people casually sipping away in your establishment. Next time, I’ll just go to the local liquor store and pay about $10 less per bottle. I certainly hope the taste makes up for the service.
