Never a line, even though it's on Robinhood Road, the donuts are always soft and fresh and unless you go on a Sunday right before or after church, you'll have a full selection. 6/9/2022: I love ❤️ my local Dunkin. We went in this afternoon at 4:00 p.m. and nearly everything was freshly made, soft and delicious. And of course we had the most friendly staff to assist us. Which is why it is so annoying that you cannot add a gratuity to the bill. I rarely carry cash and would like the option to add a tip to the check. Came here for my veterans Day Donut. The staff (understandably tired, I worked at Dunkin), took my order with a smile and left me feeling happy. I wish I got his name so I could give him credit. Thank You Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ask if I have to use the kiosk she said yes very reduly I thought the employee said no she’ll be there in a minute my bill was $6.04. I handed her $7.00 she said she cannot and will not give me my food if I didn’t give her 4 cents and pulled my bag away. She was holding my seven dollars I said I don’t have 4 cents she said she’s not giving me my food. She was rude, obnoxious, disrespectful, unprofessional she could’ve took six dollars if she didn’t have change I gave her $7.00 I will never go to that store again they are rude. I stopped here before driving up to VA. I should’ve known better. The more experienced person told her I didn’t order a latte, so I thought the drink was fixed. I ordered an extra large hot coffee with almond milk and caramel. I didn’t think it was that complicated. I couldn’t even drink it. It tasted like straight hot milk. I thought once the extremely hot liquid cooled a bit it would taste better. I ended up getting off the highway in Greensboro to plead with another manager to remake the coffee for me. Please train your employees better!

Worst experience of my life! I placed a mobile order, 15 minutes prior to arrival for one coffee and one donut. Upon arriving, I was stuck in the drive-thru for 45 minutes!! I’ll just stick to my Star-bees. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

These people areon something for real. So spaced out and didn’t know what was going on at all. Maybe it’s just the morning crew though because last time I came in here at night they were great Meal type Breakfast

Not very impressed. We ate inside, we were the only customers, although their drive through had a few while we were there for breakfast. My daughter got a grilled cheese, and while the cheese on the outside of the bread was melty, the inside was cold and you could see the distinct slices of cheese. My sourdough breakfast sandwich was pretty bland and flavorless. We probably should have stuck with a doughnut. The strawberry refresher was good!

Customer service was excellent latte was great and hot. I was impressed at how fast I was served given the number of customers. Interior was very clean and well kept. There isn’t much parking close to the door at the location. Bathroom was surprisingly spotless and not smell

Used to love breakfast here. Menu changed. No more flat bread. My Dad's order was wrong. Hash browns not great. Drinks were fine but still took a while to figure out how to type it in. One employee couldn't understand me at all (Hispanic). Great location so big bummer! Guess donuts are their forte.
