I love this Dunkin! The staff are so cheery in the morning, which is a great way to start my day with some positive interactions. Even when the line is around the building I can count on them, I've never waited in line for more than 15 minutes. The worst service EVER! Waited for a pint of ice cream for 15-20 minutes. I'm picking up for someone else. Service- guy in picture eating ice cream instead of waiting on us. Then, he moves to back off building to eat the rest of his ice cream, comes back up, and still does not wait on us. I had to tap on the window to get the girls attention. It took her about 4 minutes, which I'll give her as the time to fill the pint. The WORST SERVICE EVER! Oh burgundy suv waited and had to go in and it still took them after us to get served. I worked for dunkin over for over three years…. I have tried this one over and over because I usually love dunkin and they open before I have work. This is unfortunately the worst I have been to. I just get a sweet tea with blueberry and raspberry. Quite literally the drink has never been good or even sweetened. As a former employee I know this is easy to make so I do not see how it is unsweetened with no flavor time and time again? Very disappointing. Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1

They should be ashamed of themselves. Burnt my sandwich. Then when I called up and asked for a manager the young lady put me on hold and came back to say she was a manager so I explained that my sandwich was burnt she proceeded to tell me she would write my name and information down for the morning manager. I run a high volume restaurant and would never allow food to come out like this. Nor would I allow my employees to talk to customers in such a manner. Consistency is key for me. I've came to this particular dunkin for over a year and it does not disappoint. The employees are very friendly. My coffee which I get every morning is made to perfection. (As a coffee lover this is very important) and finally I decided to get a croissant. It was hot, and hit the spot! Keep up the great work and you've got a customer for life!! Just left the Dunkin Donuts on Peter's Creek Pkwy were I ordered a chocolate covered cream filled donut and was told they don't have those. I just got one last Sunday from the same Dunkin Donuts!! Please don't change the menu according to the staff. Be consistent for goodness sake! Got a Frappe yesterday, it was horrible. I guess there is no training class for new employees! They told my son to leave and basically called him a liar. He had a mobile order. I placed it myself. He couldn't get me on the phone and they made him leave because he didn't have a receipt. When I called and talked to Connie...she asked if I knew how many homeless people come in there to steal mobile orders. Smdh. Didn't assume things about people. He didn't do anything wrong. THEY PUT NAPKINS IN MY BAG!!! You don't realize how often napkins are forgotten and the absence of this small biodegradable wipe really ruins a meal-on-the-go! Great customer service, fast drive-thru and the Avocado toast featured here is not too shabby. Very friendly people work here so they still get 5-Stars because they at least remembered the napkins. And they leave more than one napkin.
