I loved the food, as I normally always do. My husband ordered me a decaf hot coffee this morning and I ended up having coffee grounds in it. I have no idea how long I was drinking it before I realized it. It was a large. I'm hoping it was at the bottom and I didn't get much. But still.. this isn't the first time I was dissatisfied with this Dunkin'. I will not be going back again. I'm a regular at this dunkin and won't go anywhere else but here in the area. the employees are always so nice and sweet. this location is very fast and efficient and my orders are always on point!! I feel like any other dunkin around is extremely hit or miss but it's always a hit here for me. I love this location!

So the Coffee was excellent as always but I tried the new chicken and pepper wrap and it was nasty. They should call this wrap a cheese and pepper substance wrap no chicken and a mouth full of cheese and what might be peppers Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Used to stop by this dunkin every single morning, but not after yesterday. There is a new white girl working the drive through window. I asked her for a straw for my iced coffee. She got an attitude and said it was in the bag. I told her it was not in the bag and again asked for a straw. She refused to give me a straw. If I wasn't in a rush to get my son to daycare I would have made them give me a refund for my total order. She definitely needs an attitude check and a lesson on customer service. I didn’t get the woman’s name who was working drive thru, but she was really sweet and understanding. I ordered through the mobile app earlier in the day and completely forgot to go and pick it up. I went back a few hours later to see if maybe they could possibly remake my order and she did! I go to this location on a regular basis and the staff is always so nice and friendly. 10/10 service! Charged me for two orange juices when I only got one, gave me the wrong total for my stuff, and barely wanted to wait on me - I had to ask her to come back and give me a receipt because she walked off before it was even done printing. Very upset about being charged for something I didn't even receive and being told it was $5.75 when it was actually $8.92, and it's not like I could have asked her why because she walked away. They always make my coffee perfect . I always go there and spend Lots of money for myself and my friends , I use no other DD. But I am Muslim it’s Ramadan and we fast from sun up until sun down. So when I go to get coffee before I can eat at 7:10pm they are closed. But it states that they close at 8pm. False advertising ? I think so Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50
