I came into this location one morning wanting a specialty drink and the sourdough breakfast sandwich. My drink was A1 - I ordered my sandwich with crispy bacon, and extra bacon (paid extra, no problem), and I want to tell you that this location delivered 100%. I wish this was my local DD, unfortunately it is not but anytime I am in the Loganville area, I definitely will visit this location! I mean, just look at my sandwich! It was absolutely delicious! Ordered 2 hot mocha lattes. Got to the pick up counter and picked them up ,they felt really light . Opened them up and poured one into the other and it filled it up ,got one cup for the price of 2 . Showed it to the lady and she said our machine does that . No refund on other cup !!! STRIKE THREE ON DUNKIN DONUT! SAVING MYSELF ABOUT 70 DOLLARS A WEEK NOW. This location lacks everything from delivering great customer service to ensuring all items are fully stocked! TODAY THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY DECAF COFFEE AT ALL! We were not treated very good when we went to this location recently. The staff was not very helpful and didn't try to accommodate us at all. We attempted to use the app for a reward in which they said they did not do but at two other locations I had no problems using the same reward. At one point in time, the employee said a sarcastic comment to me. I will not be going back to this location. I came around 1:30 in the afternoon and the inside was closed. I sat in the drive through for 20min just to be told I couldn’t order food. For a coffee place you’d think they can make a decent coffee. Nope. It’s either watered down or tastes like hand sanitizer. I normally try to go around 5:30/6 before work but they are never open even though the app says they are. Staff is rude and dosent care about the customers. Guess they hire anyone now a days. Never again Staff is rude and dosent care about the customers. They did not give my order online because I went there late but they took my money and said you need to do it online to get refund. Won’t come back again, worst costumer service Service: 1
