My order had two ingredients cream and mocha and they forgot both. When asked for them she barely added any. Bagel bites were freezing cold in the middle. Young woman working the register was super rude. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They never have good donuts. Ever. Not even plain. The app is useless as it lets you order anything you want, even if they don’t have it. I’ve been told different stories on how to order and it doesn’t work. If you order ahead on the app, it tells you to wait? Also, any food you order 20 minutes ahead is cold and smashed. If your online order is wrong, they still charge you for everything you ordered. I’ve tried contacting customer service and they keep telling me to email my receipt which I didn’t get so I sent the electronic version from the phone. Just a waste of time and money. Hard 2 get good service here... ever!!! U need to remind them and ask for Napkins, your receipts, parts of your order. There snaking bacon is NEVER RIGHT...it's either burnt or it's under done. Plus they never have donuts that are any good and that U want to buy past 11 am. I absolutely do not Understand why they never make more and replenish the stock of their popular varieties. We ordered 2 drinks. One large, one medium. They both came out mediums. But my medium that was SUPPOSED 2 B A LARGE, DID HAVE THE CORRECT PRINTED LABEL ON IT stating that it was supposed 2 B a large. So, they let us keep that one and remade it again. The second time they got the size right but the concoction wrong. It was supposed 2 B made with LEMONADE and they made it with GREEN TEA...which I'm allergic to. Only I was in the process of drinking the first one that was the wrong size. I didn't start the second drink until about an hour later, once I was at home. I had asked 4 no ice since I wouldn't be drinking it for a while. TOOK ONE SIP and I immediately knew that there was a huge problem. I tossed it out ASAP. Luckily I only got hives and rashes out of it. But it could've been SO MUCH WORSE! And when I called up.. there were only excuse after excuse, after explanation after explanation. Absolutely no remorse or apology in the least!!! But that's the type of service one seems 2 get at that particular location. 2 B perfectly honest with U, I was surprised as all h&ll that anyone EVEN ANSWERED THE PHONE AS I HAVE THAT PARTICULAR PROBLEM MORE TIMES THAN NOT. A few times I tried 2 call 2 order donuts ahead of time since we live out of state and their website wasn't responsive at all. I NEVER EVER GET ANYONE TO ANSWER THEIR DARN PHONE...EVER!! They were a bit low on variety for 10:30 in the morning, but the Boston Kreme and Sour Cream donuts were pretty good and the coffee was decent. Staff are pretty chill, too.
