when I get coffee here I have a 50/50 chance of getting burnt coffee . I'm sick of going to this DD. when you spend $2,000 a year on coffee I expect it to be perfect not here and there. Service Dine in Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3

I get an iced coffee everyday. I like a donut once in a while and they never have donuts. Today was day 5! Disappointing.

Incredibly slow. One lady working the register as well as making all the drinks and food. Props to her, but they need more staff. Line of people out the door and line wrapped around the building for the drive thru. Staff was nice though Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Terrible. I’m sorry but just because you’re closing in 5 minutes, doesn’t mean you can’t make a pot of coffee. You’re Dunkin’ Donuts that’s ridiculous. I’ve worked in restaurants for years and if someone came in even 2 min before we closed I’d make them coffee. Actually I wouldn’t have dumped all the coffee until we were officially closed, you wait til the sign is flipped and the doors are locked then you dump the coffee. Kind of infuriating that this isn’t common sense. If you’re still open then you should still be able to serve people. Otherwise what’s the point, just close.
