The new management is absolutely horrible! Have watched customers stop visiting this store because of the rudeness displayed by the lead manager! Openly to customers and to her own employee's! Several complaints have been made about this lady. I personally watched half of the stores best employee's walk after working at this location for years! Terrible thing to see such a great Dunkin Donuts in a good location lose so many regular customers and valuable employees. There are still a few good employee's at this location so luckily not all is lost.
