It's a typical Dunkin donuts. My old fashioned donut was dry and they were out of whipped cream. The servers were pleasant and prompt. Plus there were open tables, so I could relax for a few minutes. Also, no panhandle. But it was about time to clean the area. At least my table looked okay. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Terrible attitude at this location and very irresponsible management. They didn't bother to put signs up on either bathroom even though neither bathroom men's or women's had any toilet paper, didn't have any soap in the men's room, and didn't have any paper towels in the women's room, in the midst of a pandemic where soap is kind of a critical issue. When I pointed out to them the very severe disservice they were doing to customers by allowing them to go in the bathroom with no warning when there's no toilet paper both employees working the morning shift at 6 AM made it very clear that they were already aware of the issue and when i said they should put signage on the doors, they said people would go in anyway (okay lazy employees, nice excuse). They continued to make excuses about how they didn't see me which is why they didn't warn me (which considering they had their back to the door the entire time I was in the establishment leaves me wondering how many other customers they did this to). It took 3 rounds of back & forth while they continued to dismiss the problem before they even bothered to take any responsibility and apologize for the fact that they did that to customers knowingly. Trash excuse for a DD.

I just found out this young lady name. She is very rude to me she never takes my order. She had horrible customer service. Her name is Deana. This is my 2nd review She needs to be written up or fired. This is multiple incidents. Any time I go there I am greeted with great service from everyone else. I still go there because I don't have to deal with her any other time. I will continue to send reviews until she is handled appropriately.

Best experience I’ve had at a Dunkin! I don’t normally review large chain places but the young lady who made my ice coffee, Dena, was such a wonderful professional that I had to ask her name and take the time to recognize how well she does her job! I hope whoever manages this place takes note!
