Some staff were friendly 50/50. I get it, lots of people you never see again. The lady who served us recently was super nice. Store didn't have milk or oj, nor do they sell bags of coffee. They did have my wifes fav: coconut doughnuts. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I am very upset with how Brenda is managing the service. My associate, who happens to be a vegan, ordered a matcha with oatmilk. Unfortunately they used whole milk which was a very unpleasant experience for her. We walked back in to tell them their mistake and asked them to please fix the order. when the employee came back, she told us her manager said no... The manager then proceeded to speak loudly and poorly about us in front of customers and her team. One of her team members tried to fix the order for us but she screamed at him too. I've never had such bad service at any franchise, nor will I go to this location again. I hope Brenda's immature fit was worth a customer. Service: 1

It was okay. Basics you expect at a dunkin donut. They were out of most donuts, and after I came in, it got really busy. I got a bagel bc the donuts were scarce. They had 4 people and two were seemingly working drive thru. One was cooking. The other at register. Felt bad for people coming in and for the workers. My bagel was fine. I am only giving one star because the service that I received was deplorable. Traveling home from the veterinarian with my puppy in a vehicle that had no air conditioning I stopped at this Dunkin' Donuts and asked for a glass of ice water in addition to the latte that I purchased But I was told they don't do that anymore they could only give me a bottle of water OKI set up a bottle of water but I need a cup because this is for a dog. Not only was the woman at the window rude but the manager as well suggesting that the only cup she could possibly give me would be one that I would have to pay for that was a permanent travel mug rather than say 50 cents for a plastic cup. The staff at this facility is rude insensitive and just plain mean. This Dunkin Donuts is definitely not dog friendly Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

absolutely terrible. worker was rude. had to wait 30 mins for 3 MUNCHKINS AND A BAGEL JUST TO FIND OUT THEY DONT EVEN HAVE MUNCHKINS. such a waste of time. coffee also tasted like swamp water. i will not be returning Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person $1–10 Service: 2

They say they’re open 24 hours but when I arrived at five in the morning someone was inside in the head when they did everything I could I went through the drive-through no one answered I went to the drive-through window they had then I went to the front door they had nowhere whatsoever was there any signs saying that they weren’t 24 hours as a matter of fact there were still signs saying that they were open 24 hours everywhere but yet they weren’t open 24 hours so they were basically just lying to everyone and I don’t know if that was to get more business or what but it was justThat they have to lie to get customers and that they look like they’re open they have their lights on and everything looks like they’re open and yet they weren’t open and they didn’t even have the courtesy to tell the customer that they weren’t open so worst Dunkin as far as care concern and compassion for their clientele

🚩 Just putting this out there.. I was hired at this location without being given a start date & no one ever followed up with me after claiming i would start the following week for training. Bizarre.
