I go here almost everyday before heading to work (quinnipiac)Went today 3-7-24 asked for 3 Carmel swirls,3cream 4 liquid sugar and like young lady gave me coconut or vanilla something I’m allergic two this is not the first time his particular young lady made my coffee and messes it up. You can’t call because the phones are never working or they nvr pick up the worst dunking I ever been too Atmosphere: 4

Always backed up or behind on orders because they can’t multitask and are slow behind the counter. They don’t look like the cleanest people according to nails, hair and clothes. Their attitudes suck whenever you tell them that they have your order messed up especially when you made it clear. Not best place to spend your money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My food and drink was fine, but my friend's experience was abysmal. The guy who's shift ended at 1:15 today was exceptionally rude. He took a phone call while she was ordering and when we had a complaint about our drink (which we get the same thing every time) not tasting right, he snatched it out of her hands to remake it and made a snide comment about how it was "all that sugar". We just wanted some extra milk on the side. When he handed the remake back to my friend, he gave her a dirty look. He was very rude. Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20

The Indian person who makes the sandwiches has put pork sausages on several occasions and we ask for turkey and she always prepare us wrong. unfortunately we did not check before leaving the premises, today I am writing the rating because it has already happened more than 3 times and I think she is doing it on purpose. This location is by far my favorite location in the area. Today 5-08 they're were slammed busy in the morning, I felt bad for the three employees behind the counter buuuuuuut the two employees in the front which I believe were the manager and assistant manager (young blonde girl with glasses and spanish bearded gentleman) were ON FIRE making every order as it came in (I'm hoping they get paid for the super work they do!!!!), sandwich station was slow today but I understand because she looks "of age" but she was doing her best with the million orders that kept coming in. I ordered over the app and then headed to this location. When we arrived there was only one or two employees who looked a little overwhelmed. They did everything they could to help everyone who was in the store and I feel like they did an excellent job. Our mobile order was down by one drink; however they noticed it before I did. Great place!! No drive thru makes it a better location, they care about what they make, always fun and polite, everyone knows my order no matter how long since I've been in. I placed a mobile order. It was ready to go when I got there. It was made well. The store was very clean & spacious. But most importantly, the bathroom was clean!
