By far THE BEST DD around. I used to stop by this one all the time but no longer take this route. There are days I’ll literally drive past 3 other ones just to come to this location. They are always consistent and super friendly! I wish I had the same vibe closer to where I live. Thank you for being there when we need pick me ups!

I always stop at this Dunkin in the morning before work since it’s so convenient on the way. But it’s horrible service, I always walk inside the store to order, I’m ignored for 5-10 minutes, the employees don’t acknowledge that I’m standing there waiting to order. The employees are so focused on the drive through and mobile orders. The least they could do is say they will be with me in a moment, instead of looking at me & turning their back to me to continue making other drinks until they feel the need to wait on me. Unbelievable & rude. I will not go to this Dunkin anymore & I highly recommend you don’t either. Such horrible customer service, no manners, just rude.

Got a coffee today that was basically just water, no coffee or caramel taste at all. This location is always inconsistent will probably just get my coffee elsewhere as they just don’t care about the quality of product they are sending out the window.

Twice this week they got my drive-through order wrong. I asked for coffee with cream and they stuck sugar in it and then another time they gave me donuts I did not order in place of ones I did. When I went in to correct the orders the guy could care less.

I was able to stop and get my pick me up without a hassle. Wasn't too busy and there was parking. My order was filled pretty fast allowing m to get on with my day. I will be stopping by whenever I'm in the area. Thanks!

They rarely run out of bananas like all others I’ve been to. The inside is immaculate!! Bathrooms spotless!! They care about their customers!!

The app is actually very handy and works well. It also allows you to order in advance and pick up your order quickly at the drive through.
Great Dunkin. Nice layout, lots of space to sit and enjoy, work. Also has a drive thru, but I was a walk in. Quick service, friendly, prompt staff who knew their menu and products. Easily redeemed a coupon without any issue. Thanks
I love DD, but NOT this location. They in the course of approximately 4 months now every time I've asked they've not had decaf tea. It's on their sign so I'm not sure why they don't have it. Earlier this week I told them it was ok and to just give me regular tea. I found out that when I got to work they gave me green tea with cream and sugar. It was so horrible, I could not drink it. I hate to waste food! Twice now they've given me overly watery oatmeal that has leaked in my car. Today was the last straw. The guy at the drive-thru window handed me the bag of my oatmeal leaking. I didn't realize it until it was half way through my car. It leaked on my door, my phone, my purse, my seat and me by the time I realized it and put it on the floor. I had to scrounge for napkins and wet wipes to clean everything up and was sticky all the way to work. I will not be stopping at this DD anymore.
