Location closed 2/27/24. I ordered ahead on mobile app, went to go pick up and location is closed. Was there about 11:30am and it’s all locked up. The lights were on but don’t see anyone inside. Waited about 15 min to see if someone would show up, or if there was only one person working and they locked the door to use the bathroom. Nothing. They should turn off their mobile ordering and put a note on the door to let people know. Now have to wait 2 weeks to get my refund from Dunkin customer service per the email they sent me back. How? Almost a whole block of cream cheese on a burnt bagel and like 4 pieces of bacon. To bad I grabbed this on my way to work and couldn’t Turn around and bring it back. The service is horrible there, always short staffed, No patience. I’ve tried this place several time with hopes they were going to change but nope! I cuss my wife out every time she tries to give this weird location another try. They hire the worst people that play all the damn time and get everything wrong or never have the things they are supposed to ever. Then they get offended when you don’t want the “coffee” that they throw together!!! Garbage compared to any other location!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

How is this location still open?? Worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to! I have came back to give it a chance, hoping it would get better like many places around the area. The children they have "working" here are rude, they open and close the lobby whenever they please, and direct you to the drive thru where they will continue giving you attitude, and tell you they are out of everything. Where's management????? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm so sick of trying to go to this location and finding out they decided not to open that day. This is the 3rd time it's happened to me. It's bad enough you can't order donuts because they are always stale. You can't order food half the time because they are out of everything. Now I can't even get a coffee because nobody shows up to work. May as well shut the place down and open up a Starbucks. They might be over priced, but they are open when they say they will be.

The staff is super friendly and did a great job with our orders. Just passing through, but would definitely make this my Dunkin of choice if I lived here. This Duncan is a combination Baskin-Robbins, which sounds amazing, but does mean slower service and slightly lower expectations. That being said, they do have amazing 🍩 donuts, down seasonal varieties, muffins, wraps, breakfast 🥯 bagel and 🥐 croissant sandwiches, delicious and affordable coffee and lattes. This location does have ♿ handicap accessible 🅿️ 6, indoor seating, and 🚻 restrooms. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

This location likes to close whenever they want instead of following the schedule. I have a photo of papers they posted around the building saying when they're closing. I was there before the hour and they weren't open. Not the first time they've decided to not show up to work. I did drive thru and the guy at the window was so very nice. I was on my way home from a really long drive. The food was good and the doughnut holes were excellent. A great pick me up. Thanks!
