Simply the best DD in the Triad. Clean, great seating options. Real nice deco. The donuts are ALWAYS fresh and made perfectly, as are the drinks. Highly recommend this branch. Manager is very much on her game. Kudos for a smooth operation and great employees.

My wife comes through every once in a while and gets an ice coffee from this location, She has drunk dunkin coffee for years now so knows what it should taste like. This morning the coffee tasted bitter upon returning to the store the lady didn't even offer to remake the drink just offered a refund and then seemed frustrated to deal with the issue. When my wife explained that she didn't want a refund just wanted her coffee the lady went on about how it's probably the coffee that's bitter so it still wouldn't taste right. If you're buying an iced coffee taste it before you drive away. It's a waste of time and money to pay for a product and not get what you ordered.

Got a coffee here this morning after ordering through the app. Don’t usually order coffees from here and did not make it nearly sweet enough. Went in and asked how to order correctly and the lady behind the counter was so sweet and helpful telling me exactly how to order in the future and even remade it for me. Amazing customer service and super helpful!

Do not come here for your free veterans day donut. The cashier does not want to help you, shame on you Dunkin donuts. I came in at 3:30 pm if the managers want to see the lazy employees you have.

Came in for a quick breakfast and the service was fast and friendly. The staff was very patient as I looked everything over and was very helpful with suggestions. The avocado toast was way better than expected, it was my first time trying it but it was well seasoned, tomatoes nicely roasted, and bread the perfect texture.
I drive by this place all the time and hadn't noticed them but I think I'll start coming here for breakfast more often.

I went one evening to get a hot, medium pumpkin latte. I paid and waited for the drink. When they handed it to me, the drink was in the white, hot cup, but the cup felt ice cold like it was in the freezer at some point. When I tasted the drink, it was ice cold as well. I turned around and went back to tell them this is the wrong drink. When I handed it back, she said "oh, wow, it is cold," like it wasn't cold when she handed it to me. I do want to add that the sticker attached to the cup stated it was supposed to be hot.
I wait.. and wait... and wait for them to give me the right drink. It took about 10 minutes, and when she handed it to me, it felt half full, and the drink was spilling out all over the cup. I told her to just give me a refund. She did and I asked for a copy of the receipt. They didn't know how to do that, so they started calling someone trying to figure out how to do it. After another 5 minutes, she took a picture of the receipt with her phone and handed me the receipt.
I don't know what was going on, but service was horrible!

I tried to order 3 different things, and every time, they said, "Sorry, we dont have bagels, sorry we dont have croissants. We we only have toast." "I'm not putting that on toast for you, I'm sorry." What do you sell then? When I have ordered in the past, my sandwich was either wrong or cold. Not to meantion the line. Believe me, it's not that they are busy. The staff is under trained.

This is my most frequented store, and the service is completely hit or miss. I use the mobile app for less ice in a drink, and then they cram it full. I still like Dunkins, I even worked at one in college in Massachusetts, and I guess I just need to drive over to the Robinhood location.The staff is more stable and reliable, even when I use the mobile app.

Avocado Toast with Tomato
This dunkin donuts has really turned me off. Last weekend, my family and I came here and it was before 10am. It was ridiculous how they were out of coffee flavors, beverages and other items so early in the morning. Then the following week, I ordered a small hazelnut swirl iced coffee. The gave me a COLD BREW COFFEE WITH HAZELNUT SWIRL SHOTS LMAO. Then I asked for creamer and some young dude who was working in there gave me creamer in a COFFEE CUP and it tasted like paper. Please shut this place down because you all are running out of items and can't even make iced coffee right!!!!!!!!
