I placed a mobile order through the app on a Sunday afternoon at 5:23. The app usually tells you that a location is closed. I went to the drive through and no one said anything. After awhile I drove to the window. I waited and a girl saw me. She told me they were closed and everything was just cleaned. I asked how to get my money back and she had no clue. She also sad they don’t sell half of the what my order was (Apple fritters). I reported a problem through the app and was emailed that someone at that location would contact me. 4 days later and nothing. I replied to the email and told again someone would contact me. Nothing. Then I got an email a Kathy sent me a $10 gift card. That’s nice but my order was $16.26! Why will they not refund my money?!?! DO NOT GO TO THE SKIFF ST HAMDEN LOCATION!!!!

Been to this location about 3 xs the last month .. each time the drivethrough takes extremely long , nobody in line , waiting 10 mins just to place order ! Ok so tonight i try again .waited 10 mins once again . Had to speak up twice and kept getting told to hold on .asked for a hot coffee !
Whatever it was tasted like lukewarm foamy water . Was not coffee Nasty and i wont be going back. Tossed it in the garbage snd went to another d&d ! Terribke service .. even worse coffee

This place is perfect for work from anywhere!! The seating area is empty so perfect for phone calls and working on your computer. Not a lot of background chatter or machine noise…The music is medium to low level. May ask them to turn it down a bit. Very friendly staff.

NEVER go to this dunkin! They never have anything I order and always give me the biggest attitude about it. Every time I go I have a bad experience which is why I stopped going back. Half of my items are wrong, missing, or they just give me whatever without even asking. Whoever runs or owns this place should be ashamed. Hire better staff and keep up with your inventory.

EXTREMELY rude. We pulled up to the speaker the guy said "can I take your order" we went to order & he shouted "I'm not talking to you" at us. He could've just said I'm sorry please give me a moment. We left after that without ordering.

During storm Brody this morning my wife and I stopped for coffee and. Two employees were there who made it in. The roads were terrible. Both employees were friendly to us and each were cleaning the inside area. The sidewalks were shoveled and salted. My coffee and coffee roll was fresh and tasty. Wife had her wrap which she enjoyed. We enjoyed our visit. Great job ladies!
Server was eating with bare hands while handling my food. There were pantry moths flying around, which means that there are maggots somewhere. Absolutely disgusting. I will never return to this location.

They’re always out of large cups, always their ovens are down more times than a pizza place. Their attitude is very poor, except one guy that works periodically which is tall everything except for him. This place I would not recommend I stop going there a few times ago now I go to the other one by Whitney Avenue they’re a lot better they’re always up. They always have supplies there , they’re a lot better they’re always up they always have supplies. Their attitudes are great.

Not good at delivering accurate orders, received wrong munchkins and asked for a bagel with cream cheese on the side. I don’t mind that they put the cream cheese on the bagel but why so little? Disappointed and won’t be back to this location.
The owner really needs to speak to their employees. The wait at the drive through is at least 20 mins just to take your order if there's a car ahead of you. What they do is wait until the other car completely leaves until they take your order which isn't normal. Why is it a 15-20 minute wait when there's no customers because of a shift change? Appropriate operating would be that incoming shift clocks in while the drawer is being counted & another drawer should be active.
