I ordered a large hot matcha latte, when I opened the lid I seen that it had only been 3/4 full. I told the lady that I had that trouble a few times before and that the one I spoke to about it prior had told me it was because when they made it, they didn’t use the right steamer. When I told her that she looked a little confused about it but was nice and had no problem making a new one… But then another lady came up and took over and started my replacement order. While they were at the machine I could hear that lady mumbling and complaining about me. I thought that was interesting but then when they finished the nice lady handed it to me and gave me a pitch on how the previous workers don’t calibrate the machine. I told her that was fine and I wasn’t upset about, that only expected a full cup when I pay for a full cup. She agreed, we wished each other well and I left. Then I got to work and checked out my new drink only to find out that they did absolutely nothing different. They just remade the drink to the same amount and acted like they fixed it. That is so disrespectful and disappointing. What I thought I was getting was good customer service from understanding people. What I actually got was fooled and tricked by disrespectful people. Just make sure you order everything you want in your coffee! They put the bare minimum in it if you don't request it!! But, once you figure out how to order I bet you will go here over other coffee shops. The hashbrowns are so good and their breakfast wraps. The breakfast wraps are small but perfect for a light breakfast!! Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Terrific staff that always has a smile and is very helpful. Greg makes the best frozen hot chocolate and has the long arms needed to pass that chocolate perfection safely into our hands. Thanks!

I ordered the iced matcha latte only for it to taste like milk and yes I am fully aware that milk is in it, that's not the problem. The issue is that it just tasted like milk, just straight up milk with maybe a small taste of matcha. If I wanted to spend 6 dollars on milk I would have just bought two gallons at Krogers. Very irritating to want to treat yourself with your favorite drink only for it to taste like milk. I'm not sure if it's just this place that doesn't know how to make it properly, if they were to busy to do it properly, or if they do it differently, because the matcha I got in Sikeston was delicious and perfect. Anyway won't be go here next time for my drink. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

They must have recently changed management or something because I never had any trouble until a few weeks ago. I came in for a mobile order like I always do, and we I reached for one of the tickets to check if it was mine (there was only one there.) Some lady I'd never seen before started screaming at me. Then today when I went my mobile order was 10 minutes late, I watched the line at the counter fill and empty while I waited by the pickup window trying to get someone to talk to me. First, I had to wait while the staff were doing clean up before anyone took my order. Second, my Boston cream donuts had almost no frosting and very little filling. They were also dry, like day old. I also had to witness one of the owners berating an employee, who was following the directions given to him by the other owner, and it was very unpleasant to see. Some of the rudest and most horrible customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life. The girl on the headset early in the mornings is always incredibly rude and treats everyone like they’re stupid, honey, you work at Dunkin’. The coffee tastes different every time I get it somehow and the bathroom was disgusting. I’ve been here over a dozen times and I just can’t do it anymore.

Love love love Dunkin. It's becoming one of my favorite in fast food. Only reason I give 4⭐ instead of 5⭐ is because no matter how many times you try you can never call them, and their door dash doesn't offer you to choose what kind of donuts you want when you select an assorted box.
