I haven’t been to a Dunkin location in a long time, and finally realized that way u don’t anymore. Upon my arrival, the location asks for patrons to use kiosks. I immediately got excited to see that one of my favorite donuts (chocolate coconut) was on the menu. I obviously decided to order with an Americano. Upon receiving my order, I was told that they don’t have the donut I purchased. I feel as if ur going to push consumers to use a kiosk, what’s been ordered should be provided or update ur inventory of items sold or available. As far as cleanliness of this location, the manager may want to address especially during high peak hours. I honestly don’t plan to return to this location, based off product availability & cleanliness of location. I haven't ordered anything here yet. It has appeared nice enough. However, they did tell a friend of mine to leave only ten minutes after he was here. I was not there during the encounter, however I encouraged him to record the event the next time, if it happens because he said it was discrimination and I've known only good things from him and I know that at times people have judged a book by it's cover. This store has a kiosk and, in my experience today, you cannot order from a person. I tried ordering two dozen donuts but the kiosk wouldn’t allow me to add my item and check-out. I asked a person for help and they said if you can’t use the kiosk, you can’t order. So I had to leave, even though I could see my item clearly accessible. So incredibly frustrating.

Pesimo servicio , antes estaba excellente con la señora elisa , ahora que cambiaron de manager a rosalba , aparte que le grita a la muchacha que esta de cajera y que se fije en lo que hace en ves que le ayude , la deja en mal con las personas que estan en fila para llevar su orden, la unica que trata bien a las personas es una muchacha llamada Olga (trata muy amable a las personas siempre, yo soy cliente diario en esta tienda ) de ahi las demas muy flojas lentas y mal encaradas , por favor cambien de manager a una que sepa tratar la gente y no esa señora llamada rosalba por ella van a perder clientes y se va ir a la quiebra la tienda Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Pretty poor service. Girls are relatively nice but they will just leave you standing there for like 10-15 minutes when you’re first in line. Pretty consistently out of a lot of things by 10:00 am. Today I had the best frap I ever had. Better than Starbucks. It was beyond perfect. I had a butternut pecan crunch and it was amazingly smooth, delicious and a slight crunch. Thank you Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Every time I come here they are very rude. I order my food 20 minutes in advance and every time I get here. Oh we’re gonna make it in 10 minutes. That is not acceptable. This store is not that busy and then you’re going to tell me that you don’t have a drink I ordered instead of calling me to letting me know this this Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst one ever been to, and I will never ever come back. If I could leave no stars I would. Today my family and I stopped there for breakfast after my children taekwondo class. We are a muslim family so I ordered the turkey sausage sandwich for myself and my husband and donuts for the children. We left and went home upon arrival at home we realized that there was bacon on our sandwiches. I promptly went back and asked them to be made properly. The young lady tried to just take the bacon off and put the turkey on. As stated before our family is Muslim so we can’t consume the food once it has touched pork. After asking for the them to remake the entire sandwich they caught an attitude and were nasty about having to remake the entire sandwich. I understand that this was a hassle but even on my receipt it says turkey. Food: 1 Service: 1

I've ordered from here multiple times in the past year and they've always sucked. Anything you order take 20min even if you order ahead and is incorrect. The staff is rude, even the new staff. If you order online for pick up window, they will act like they don't see you until you bang on the window. This place is trash. Just go to the one by PG mall.
