I've been here a lot in the past couple of weeks after having my East coast friends in town who are big DD fans! We grew up on DD. The drive thru is open but not inside the store to order or sit & eat. You can pick up orders inside for now. They aren't accepting any cash right now but your best option is to down load their app. You can pay thru that & you earn points that you can redeem for free products. Today I used 500 points for any size cold or hot coffee and got a Large ice brew with 10 milk & 10 Splendas....soooooooo yummy! I'm not a big coffee fan as I don't like the taste of coffee, it's the sweetness I like! lol So coffee isn't something I drink often but with my friends in town I had some FOMO so I joined them! lol The staff here in the last couple of weeks have been super friendly, cheery & soooo nice! Two different females, didn't get their names but you can tell they enjoy their job. Always smiling & small talk when I get to the window to get my order. Thank you ladies for being so nice! I've really been enjoying their ham & cheese croissant sandwich. It's a little different then their ham & cheese croissant they've carried for many years as this one has its ingredients wrapped inside. Their small but full of taste! See my photos. I absolutely dislike the new inside design. You're met with a cold window that is closed off, where you cannot view any of the doughnuts. And then a touch screen to order and nobody to greet you. I only come to this location when my kids have appointments at the St. Rose Medical Center. My youngest often needs blood work done. And so as a nice treat for him, we get a donut afterwards. Unfortunately, there's no place to sit down. And we have to scroll through a menu to find what donut we want. So then we eat in the car and if he gets sticky fingers, the bathroom is also not an option. We have to go elsewhere to wash his hands. It's not customer friendly at all, but we like Dunkin and run other errands in the area afterwards. So going elsewhere is not an option. I was absolutely thrilled when I heard that this Dunkin' Donuts location was reopening after a revamp, and let me tell you, it was worth the wait! The service was not just fast, but delightfully friendly, even though everything was digital. Even then, walking in, the aroma of fresh coffee greeted me, setting the perfect tone for my visit. The staff's enthusiasm at the window, was also contagious. What struck me most was their genuine warmth—being greeted with a smile made my visit even more enjoyable. Now, let's talk about the coffee! It's no exaggeration to say it was the best I've had in a long, long time. Not only was it made precisely how I like it, but the taste was exceptional. If you're in the area and craving a fantastic cup of coffee coupled with fast and friendly service, I highly recommend visiting this newly remodeled Dunkin' Donuts. Tuesday morning September 19th I went through the drive-through. I ordered half a dozen donuts. We got one pink frosted with sprinkles, two maple donuts and three chocolate. First I was under the impression they got donuts every day fresh but my donuts were hard as rocks. Literally. Especially the three chocolate, so I called in immediately asking how I fix this. I was told there was no manager on duty that they would take my name and my number and then I could call back, when I manager was available to address the situation. I specifically remember asking if I should keep the donuts to bring back to the shop or if I needed anything else in particular she seemed very confused and said basically no we can’t take the donuts back all we can do is replace them so no need to bring them back. I’ll let my manager know so you can call and talk to them. Well sadly I forgot about the situation so I didn’t call back until, Saturday the 23rd (only 3 days later tho) I spoke to the manager Monica and she was so rude and unprofessional. She told me there was no notes taken & that the only two workers that worked that day would’ve known better. & that basically it’s not possible. I have phone record of our conversation, I sadly didn’t think it was important for me to write down the ladies name who took my information but I have bank receipt, & I obviously don’t have the donuts three days later after I was told there was no need to keep them, but sadly Monica, the manager basically told me have a good one and hung up on me. Gotta love good old Dunkin’ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The tee way the windows opens the door and stairs as if she was annoyed, passive aggressive and I gave her my name. She got my bag and I ask for a cup with ice after make two purchases, she just stairs and said we not allowed to give a cup of ice, she said pay for a bottle of water with is almost 3 dollars!!! That’s ridiculous, not her fault but why so freaking rude!!!! This why business are closing down no one represents or are trained to have great customer services anymore. Service: 1

GIRL WORKING COUNTER WAS SO FINE I MEAN SO SO FINE . I ASKED HER IF SHE AND I COULD SPEND A LITTLE TIME TOGETHER . YES SHE SAID SO HAPPY LIKE. AND ITS BEEN ABOUT A MONTH . AND WE REALLY HAVE HIT IT OFF. TALKED HER INTO LEAVING THIS JOB TAKE UP ONE WITH A GOOD FRIEND OF MINE . NOW SHE IS WAY BETTER OFF WITH FINANCES. AND LEARNING A SKILL TO LAST HER THE LONG HALL. I’m not the type to leave reviews cause I usually don’t mind simple mistakes. But really? It’s 48 degrees outside, I order a hot drink and waited 30 minutes just to get this order at my door. A cold latte on a cold day where I was looking forward to a hot drink. And the drink wasn’t even mixed on top of that and looked melted and nasty. This location has never impressed me and has always been bad, but I never expected them to be this bad. If that word “hot” doesn’t trigger you to think making a cold drink is dumb at least let the weather tell you to check again

The workers are very much nice. Gave this location three tries, something wrong every time. A major issue they dont offer cups of water and charge for ice. I pacifically order a cup of water any time with my coffee, especially with the with it being up to 100 degrees during this time of the year. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
