very long service, spoiled mood. Waiting for coffee for 30 minutes is too much!!! hire more staff during the holidays, dunkin donut. this is bad. we come here for a quick coffee, it's not a restaurant, right?

I have to be honest about my review here. Dunken Dounts shouldn't make bubble tea. We got bubble tea from here and it was, unfortunately, the WORST one I've ever had. The boba isn't fully done and feels very chewy, the the tea doesn't taste like tea, and the taste just not right...very disappointing... My last 3 visits it’s just time wasting. Dunkin is saving money on stuff (just one barista) and we as a customers waiting insane time. And here I am waiting already 25 minutes for my coffee. Dunkin, hello! Is this the premise of your cafeteria? Make people wait half of an hour for a coffee? This is my last visit to dd though. Service: 1
I made a special order for pick up & got great service from Kiki she was super helpful! Love the heart shaped doughnuts

The store, the food, and the staff are nice, but there is no wifi. When asking for the wifi, the employees refer you to the Hilvertshof free wifi, which is not working. Can't give above 2 stars go a store that doesn't have wifi for its customers in 2023.
The short-haired blonde girl who works in this establishment said that they do not have the Internet. Although it exists.
Second worker definitely needed. One person running it very slowly. Would not have even minded too much if there would have been a warning of how long order would take, but we made very small order and took 20 minutes to get two donuts.
Donuts with Holloween theme🎃 I liked their ordering system, to the point, easy to use, user friendly and percise.
Where do I even start? I ordered for pick up at a specific time. I had to queue with all the other people though, so in the end, I waited 25 mins + to get my order. I swear I tried to figure out what makes the service so slow - I mean, how can you possibly serve 1 customer for more than 5 minutes each when all you sell is coffee and pre-baked doughnuts? But anyway, everything went in such a slow motion that I fell asleep, so now I will never know... I waited in line, with the assurance, that at least I will get what I ordered, my craved flavor will not run out in front of me. Boy, was I wrong. At the counter, the young gentleman informed me that one of the doughnuts I ordered is gone. With a smile, he added: I get to pick another one from the remainder. Oh, really, is that so? I am relieved! I'm not sure if it is the lack of proper corporate policy or training, but I suppose the least he could have offered is a coffee or whatever for the inconvenience. Or you know, a cashback... As for the product, we all know: Dunkins' is to doughnuts as McDonald's is to hamburgers. My advice? Get your doughnuts at AH, save yourself some cash and time.
Customer service was good and the food and the drink also.
