The cupcakes are good but overpriced. I had the mini carrot cake and the vanilla cupcake with vanilla frosting and paid almost $7. The employee there was quiet and did not greet us at all, could definitely use some customer service training to make people feel welcomed. Other than that, the place is clean and nicely decorated.

I recieved 6 mini cupcakes as a gift and I love them. I have a sweet tooth but I don't like too sweet. These cupcakes sweet enough and many types to choose from. Very nice decorations nice for gifting or going to a gathering without going empty handed. Or just treat urself, friends or family! Enjoy! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I brought some cupcake boxes for my coworkers from this Dots Cupcakes in Pasadena. They disappeared real fast I tell ya. Good times!

Got a dozen cupcakes and as you can see they didn't last very long. Super friendly staff. Definitely worth returning here for sweet that melts in your mouth.

My neighbor gifted my kids and I a box of mixed cupcakes and omg, they're the best cupcakes I've ever had. The chocolate chip cupcakes with what seemed like mazapan frosting made me want to cry it was so good. I'm used to store bought cupcakes so this was a huge treat. Would really love to buy a box and just binge eat them 😂
