My Husband grew up in Long Beach and went to Polytechnic High School with Snoop Dog so we had to go try Snoop's "Dirt Dog" restaurant in the LBC The service was amazing from the moment we arrived in the establishment Matthew was our cashier and waiter, he was very friendly, polite and attentive making great suggestions since it was our first time there and he had a great personality which was very refreshing! The atmosphere was laidback and casual and friendly. Plus the music was jamming to say the least. The food menu had lots of good selections and desserts and cocktails . Our food was yummy I had a hotdog the Dirty Chili Dog 100% Premium All Beef Nathan's Dog, Wrapped in Center-Cut Bacon, Chorizo Chili, Cheddar Sauce, Chipotle Aioli, Onion, Cilantro, Bacon Bits, and Garlic Fries Garlic Confit, Parsley, Garlic Seasoning. Served With Garlic Dip. My husband had the Slam Burger he made it a double cheeseburger with caramelized onions and a side of hot yellow peppers . We truly enjoyed the experience and I'm sure we will return again and pass the word about the restaurant. Thank you too Matthew our server and the entire staff. They should all be applauded for their hospitality and outstanding customer service. When I came, they had just completed a transition collaborating with 2 other restaurants, so they only had the 5 most popular items from each. What I wanted was no longer offered. With that said, even though I had a taste for something completely different, what I had was good, but the flavor was not as bold as the food looked. I had the House Dog and garlic fries with the Orange Cream cheesecake for desert. The garlic fries were absolutely delicious, but they are absolutely for garlic lovers. The cheesecake is frozen, but it is very good quality. The people were so great and very hospitable. The atmosphere is obviously a work in progress, but they seem to be going in a good direction with it. Again, as of 12/23/23, keep an open mind with them because of the recent transition. They also offer beer and cocktails. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

They have great vibes as always. I really love their murals AND music. Once entering, you'll feel "oh yeah.. now I'm in Dirt Dog" Here I got tapatio corn and 3 hot dogs; 𝒕𝒂𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐 𝒅𝒐𝒈, 𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒚 𝒎𝒆𝒍𝒕 and 𝒆𝒍𝒐𝒕𝒆 𝒅𝒐𝒈, all in my favorite 𝒍𝒐𝒃𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓 bun. then added unlimited soft drink. The corn is actually very very nice. You should try! (well, I thought I could cook corn on the cob at home but NO this was way too awesome)

This is the third branch I am visiting. Everything is great, but I feel the portions are smaller than my recent visit to their Las Vegas store. The hot dogs are very high quality ingredients. The employee here at cashier was super nice, even she followed up on our order when she was on her lunch break. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

While in Cali for Spring Break I couldn’t resist trying Dirt Dog out and had no regrets! I got the SnoopDogg with Hennessy BBQ Sauce and Chile Cheese Fries 😋 Very delicious satisfying lunch to say the least. The overall vibe is awesome too. Got that West Coast ambiance playing nothing but old school Hip Hop classics. Really liked the murals painted and the SnoopDogg bobble head at the entrance. Definitely well worth the unique experience. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Recommended dishes Dirty Chili Dog
Finally got our hot dog fix @ Dirt Dog and it did not disappoint. I had the DUI Dog DUI Dog the beef beautifully wrapped in bacon and grilled to perfection. The ingredients were fresh, the Chipotle aioli sauce had a nice bite to it. The pastrami and asada complimented the rest of meal. My son had the Patty Melt Dog Wrapped In Center Cut Bacon, Fries, Bacon Bits, Cheddar, Chipotle Aioli. It was drenched in cheese and full of flavor. We shared the Filthy Fries Guac, Chipotle Aioli, Sour Cream, Cheddar Cheese, Cotija, Bacon Bits. The cojita cheese just added this flavor that made them completely addictive, we could not get enough. The atmosphere was great. It was not super crowded. The music was west coast hip hop at comfortable level. The staff was friendly and attentative. We will definitely be coming back to try the rest of the dogs and Fries and maybe some dessert. Oh they have an extra room in the back maybe for small private parties or get together but not 100 percent so you may need to ask Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Dirt Dog’s bacon-wrapped hot dogs are fully loaded & absolutely delicious! When I used to have late nights out in LA, getting street cart hot dogs was probably the highlight of my night. Dirt Dog reminds me of those dogs, but better and cleaner! Elote Dog ($8.95) was my favorite. If you’re a fan of elote, you’ll fall in love with this dog. The combination of corn, lime mayo, cotija, chili powder, cilantro and bacon bits was truly magnificent. The flavor hit just right for me and it’s also good for those that can’t handle their spice. You have the option to get the traditional bun or the lobster roll on all of their hot dogs. Tapatio Dog ($8.95) & Tapatio Corn ($4.75) Let me warn you that these are SPICY!! The corn is slathered with tapatio aioli - my tongue was burning the entire time, but I couldn’t stop eating because the corn on the cob was so good. Personally, I don’t think I’d get this particular one again since it was so fire, but I think I’d love the dirty corn, which is the mild version. Likewise, the tapatio dog was also too fire for me lol. Not only do they have a variety of hot dogs, but they also have an assortment of fries. DUI fries ($10.75) are loaded with pastrami, carne asada, bacon bits, cheddar cheese, chipotle aioli, and cilantro. I love that they give you so much meat and it’s a large portion that can be shared between 2-3 people. Dirt Dog has locations in SoCal & Las Vegas. They just opened up their newest location in Long Beach a few weeks ago. Lots of indoor seating at this spot and a free parking lot with plenty of spaces.
Have always wanted to taste a good loaded hotdog and fries. Dirt Dog finally opened their new location in Long Beach. Grabbed my girlfriend and came for our lunch today. Very happy that I got to visit this beautiful city again. We ordered two dogs, one loaded fries and their signature elote corn. Very fulfilling and satisfied. 1. Snoop’s dogg $9.50 before tax 2. Tapatio dog $8.95 before tax 3. Asada Fries $9.75 before tax 4. Tapatio elote corn $4.75 before tax There are two kinds of bread to choose for your hot dog buns and either one is butter grilled, very crispy on the outside and fluffy when you take a bite, perfectly combined with all the toppings plus the bacon wrapped hotdog flank. The fries themselves without any sauce and toppings are already well seasoned and you can taste the freshness in the potato, yet the toppings are not overpowering the fries so you won’t feel too greasy and heavy. Last but not least, the signature Elote Corn; super juicy with natural sweetness, perfect sauce covered and every single bite is heavenly awesome!! Every food is just WOW!! Obed did a wonderful customer service taking our orders and explaining to us regarding the menu. There are too many good items to choose from. While we enjoying our food, he constantly checking on us and make sure we have everything we need. Very friendly and welcoming. Great service and thank you!! They are located in a shopping plaza with Ross and other retail stores so the parking is very easy and free. Both my girlfriend and myself enjoyed this visit very much and we almost experienced a good food coma after the feast!!!
I am so happy that Dirt Dog now has a location in Long Beach. Be sure to come hungry as the food is really filling. The lobster bun is a must have with your hot dog. You get to choose between that & a regular bun (which I’m sure is great as well). The lobster bun is so good I could eat that by itself. I had the tapatio hot dog which was incredible and super flavorful. Be sure to grab lots of napkins as you will definitely need them. I don’t do incredibly well with hot stuff but I really handled the spice quite well. I also got dui fries which are sooooo good!! I love the pastrami, it’s not tiny bits of it but large pieces with the fries. For dessert I had a churro & deep fried oreo. WOW. I had no idea what I was missing. The fried oreos are a must. The churro is so beautifully soft and delicious. I cannot wait to come back here. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Their menu has so many creative and fun options to choose from! We ordered the Tapatio Hot Dog, Tapatio Elote, Green Dog, and Filthy Fries. All of the hot dogs were high quality and juicy, but my favorite was the Green Dog because they had chimichurri sauce and guacamole on top.
