No carts... Lazy Management. Food is ALWAYS out of date( like months out of date)There are some good people working there but the terribleness of the store overshadows that
Long Backed up lines was wonderful SMH! Great Job ! After all it is the 1st of the month..... My hometown store and is great to shop here ! Thanks Dillons for your services...
Carts hard to come by. Staging area for them usually always empty. Limited product availability. Seafood section closed for some reason. Rudimentary Deli with mundane and mediocre selection. Indifferent employees for the most part. A few good ones but not many. Long lines at checkout. Not a customer service oriented establishment for sure. Going to start checking out other grocery stores

This is so dumb this cashier is the slowest I have ever seen please move him I didn't get him walking to the other side of the counter but this is so no exceptible when you have so many people in this store. Get it together this is 3 minute video I would love to send you the whole video but it only let's 30 secs post it gets worse the guy takes about 2 mins just to get the guys EXACT CHANGE IN THE DRAWER IM SO DISAPPONTED AND COMPLETELY UPSET
I had my list ready and I was able to purchase what I needed without running all over the store because I went online first to find out what aisle things were on.
Customer service in this store needs to drastically improve. Took us almost 30 minutes just to get through a line of 7-8 people. Management needs to support their employee/s at their customer service desk to improve customer wait times.

Every time I come for food the guys in the deli have major attitudes when I request certain food they give me the opposite then they tell me the rest of the food if I wanted is already put on another rack it's only been like this for a few months now management really needs to do something about it

I liked it but lots of costumers coming in everyday including School days so maybe more checkouts and self checkouts can work

Very sketchy store. Will drive out of my way to go to different store. Not a good selection of meats and prices seemed out of line compared to other stores. Felt very uncomfortable going in and coming out. Security guard was jayhawking everyone.
I get all my prescriptions there, the pharmacy staff are wonderful, helpful and efficient .
