Try something new from the Mexican cuisine. Being at this restaurant, degust good chicken, burritos and prawns. It's time to degustate delicious milkshakes. Food delivery is a big plus of Del Taco. Most visitors find that the staff is hospitable here. The professional service demonstrates a high level of quality at this place. Numerous clients claim that prices are appalling. Most of the time, this spot provides you with the pretty atmosphere. But a number of people who use Google didn't give this restaurant a high rating.

Fast food tacos but they have put their own American spin on them. They even have really good fries. The crispy fish burrito was good. We tried a chicken taco too. Only reason I'm only doing 3 stars is drive through and fast food places don't rate the same for me. 3 stars for fast food, is a good rate for me. I would eat here again.

This place on a very lucky day that you get your food fresh and the customer service is good would be a 4-5 star for fast food. BUT it has been plagued in almost all its existence since being built here with horrible management and training of adolescents with absolutely no clue of common sense or problem solving skills.
The girl working drive thru at 9:35am on 2/16 clearly doesn’t understand customer service and shouldn’t have a job. I eat here and at the Del Taco in PF frequently and always order the same thing: bean and cheese burrito, green sauce, add onion and egg. Always the same. There have been a handful of instances in the 50+ times I’ve ordered this where someone mistakenly rang up an egg and cheese burrito add onion and beans. You think it’d be the same but it tastes completely different. One has more beans / less eggs (which I want), the other is more eggs / less beans (which I don’t like). The girl this morning said I wasn’t allowed to order the burrito I’ve ordered countless times at many del tacos across the US. I could only order the version I don’t like. When I said I order this all the time she snapped at me saying ‘I always work mornings and I tell everyone they can’t order that!’ Needless to say I drove off without ordering and went to buy a burrito I actually like elsewhere. Never again will I go to this Del Taco, all because of this girl. Disappointing to see management allows this kind of behavior from its staff. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Service: 1

Never know when their lobby is open. 7:30pm on a Wednesday night and all the doors are locked. No sign. I don’t want to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru Update: several weeks later I figured I would try again. Thursday at 7:21pm doors locked, no sign. I guess this will be the last time I try to eat here. I don’t want to wait in the drive thru

Alright. I gave this location 3 tries, a month or so apart. July, August, September. 1st time, got our order wrong, and that was after waiting in line for 10 minutes (2 people ahead, above average wait time for fast food) and then it was an easy 10/15 minutes until we got the food. And and I don't know if it's their recipe, or qaulity, or even if it's just the person that made them that day for us, I just couldn't like the tacos. Tasted kind of old, and drier than anticipated. 2nd time, it was faster, the qaulity was a little better, but they got the order wrong again. Annoying, but I work in the industry, it happens, and it could be due to a dozen different reasons. It's food service. The 3rd time was the noose. Around 8pm, I stop here to get my husband dinner. Lobby is empty. 2 cars in the drive thru when I pulled up. I go in and there's a tall-ish guy, leaning, arms folded. I walk up and begin looking the menu over. He says nothing, I ask about what's in an item, he had to ask. (Could've been new) Apparently content my question was answered, he leans over the counter/register, hands on his cheeks (that bored look we get sometimes) and says nothing for a few minutes. I decide, and give him my order. The only thing he said to me during the exchange, was my total. No for here or to go. No order repeat. No what can I get you. Didn't offer receipt. (I asked for it) Didn't tell me my change. Just, zero acknowledgement. I waited 10 minutes for a non combo, dinner for 2 amount of food. And when my order was up, and bagged, it was set on the counter while I was refilling my drink, 5 feet away, and he didn't even tell me my food was up. Bag just sat open. (It sounds minor, I know, but I'm a busy dude and it's a rarity sometimes I get to eat my food while it's still hot.) Food service sucks. The jobs typically don't pay well. You gotta deal with some terrible people sometimes. This location needs to do something different. Minimal effort here. If I have any choice in it, I won't be back.

The chips or taco hard shell are always stale!!! I thought that it would be different next time but definitely need to change their hard shells and chips more frequently:( I was even only car in line too:/ so wasn’t busy either not sure what’s up with this location but least veggies are fresh:( with stale chips :( All the time!!! Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Yummy food. We were bummed that the dining room was not open and it was difficult to order at the drive thru as the employee taking orders was not familiar with the menu. I onow that there is an employee shortage now, so these things are expected.

I actually had to revise my rating, because the cashier here is a thief. We had two different cars go through back to back on their Taco nights and the cashier "accidentally" overcharged both cars for the exact same thing. Both times he claimed he forgot to add the discount for their specials. Even when he corrected it the price was still wrong and I had to argue with him to change it to what was listed. I guarantee this guy is just pocketing the difference. This same scam has happened to me on the different occasions, always "forgetting". I only use the online ordering now. Note: a different cashier just tried to double charge me for an online order, claiming the payment didn't go through. The food is delicious, but definitely gave me diarrhea. The staff is very laid back but also probably too laid back.

The food is good, just don't ever be in a hurry when you go here. The staff member who took my order sounded irritated when after taking my order he just have me a total and I asked him to read it back to me. He got it wrong so I am glad he read it back. I have to say they have the best French fries ever, 100% better than McDonald's Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Crinkle Cut Fries
