This place is amazing! The outside doesnt look like much, a bit plain and all. But the inside looks warm and cosy. The decorations are amazing, totally fit with "perdstal" or horse stable. There are many types of dutch pancake to choose from we had the chef's special japanese pancake and the "de stalknecht" both were very tasty! Nice terrace outside and small play area for kids in the woods. Includes a trampoline, always a hit! Staff just helped me rescue a squirrel that was trapped under the trampoline, good job guys 🤗 and the food is yummy too. Recommended!

The building is very nice. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I wasn't in the mood for pancakes (not my choice to go there) so I wasn't really paying attention to the quality of the food, but I did finish my plate so it must have been decent.

Cosy place at the forest border, with indoor and outdoor tables. Wide range of pancake varieties available. Kids playground with lots of fun in short walking distance.

3 of 5. The coffee tasted like burned asphalt old and way to strong masking all flavor and taste. I had a pancake with vegetable and No cheese giving me the chance to judge the quality of the pancake and the taste was nothing to write home about. If your in a pinch it would do.ways to improve get fresh roasted coffee no older then 1month. And the pancake do should be more wholesome more whole grain and less flower. And try to add a salty pancake with sugarsnaps and olives and veggies

The food was amazing. My limited idea of what a pancake can be was upending by this delictable treat. It was very very good and the three we tried we all equally amazing. Definitely worth the trip.
