I went to this place to buy non-supermarket coffee.
The staff knew the characteristics of their roasted beans, which are the beans that are roasted by them. I told about my taste preferences, and they recommended some beans that would fit the best among their options(I'm not an expert in coffee tasting).
Since I don't have a grinder at the moment, they helped me in choosing a grind size; and they did the grinding for me. They had a nice grind level list next to their beautiful looking grinder 😊 I still recommend owning a good quality grinder for yourself, because a shop grinder may not be very accurate. I got a mixture of medium and fine grounds. The cupping image I'm sharing is for 9g/180ml. It shows the complete picture of the ground without any separating techniques.
I liked the coffee I bought. I can try other options, but this is a safe option for me now.
Since the shop was not busy at the hours I went, we could have a friendly chat on coffee. They were nice people 😊 Their English was also great!
I also had a cup of cappuccino for 3€. I haven't had a good coffee since a while, and I really enjoyed it. I think it was a good one. With the coffee, they gave something like a little cookie. It was cute and tasty.
Among with coffee, they told that they have, like 50 tea options, which was nice to hear 😄
The place I sit indoors had a cozy feeling. I remember some dark wood aesthetics. There was also a candle on each table 😊

Great place to enjoy excellent coffee and tea. Nice personnel and don't forget to check out the coffee roasting (usually Thursdays) and the adjacent cigar shop.
Update 220204: No more coffee roasting in public space. But you can book a factory tour to watch cigar making and possibly coffee roasting.
Fantastische sigarenproeverij gehad van Errol. Wij hebben eerder een keer een shortfiller proeverij gehad en zijn een jaar later teruggekomen voor de longfiller proeverij. Errol heeft veel ervaring en weet veel te vertellen over de sigaren, een zeer goede gastheer. De ruimte waar de sigaar gerookt wordt is prachtig. De proeverij is echt een aanrader als je graag sigaren rookt!

Een heerlijke ijskoffie gehad, zonder smaakjes erin. Dat was erg fijn, doordat het buiten 30 graden was. Verder was het een fijne toevoeging dat er airco was.
Na de ijskoffie heb ik een v60 genomen. Deze was gezet met de koffie van de week uit Peru. De koffie was zacht van smaak, in balans en fruitachtig.
Vrienden van ons komen hier vaker voor thee en sigaartjes. Onze nieuwsgierigheid was gewerkt, dus konden wij niet achterblijven. We werden vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen en konden met de honden binnen zitten in een heel gezellig ingerichte ruimte. Hier hebben we genoten van een heerlijke flat white en minstens zo lekkere taart. Onze vrienden hadden verteld van de mooie ruimte die ze boven hebben en we mochten er even een kijkje nemen. Manlief kocht een paar sigaartjes en ik als koffie- en theeliefhebber werd uitgebreid geïnformeerd over de bonen en verschillende theesoorten. Met een leuk gevulde tas verlieten we de winkel. Hier willen we zeker terug komen.
