little gourmet donut shop with limited selection of freshly made donuts. we came in an hour before close, and they were out of one we wanted. the staff was very friendly and offered to make something similar for us ! additionally, the store owner came out and we chatted a bit. the place is small, and designed for over the counter take-out. we got the chocolate raised, maple cinnamon and the peach filled. the donuts themself were cooked to perfection. each donut melted in your mouth with how fluffy they were. the sweetness for each was just right. the chocolate raised had almost this nutty / toasted flavor to it, and still trying to figure out what it was. the maple cinnamon is simple yet, executed nicely. i loved especially how the peach filling tasted fresh, and juicy. after eating them, im left sitting here wondering how have i never been to this place after being around evanston for so long.
This place is wonderful!!! The owner is very kind and walked me out to my car. They wore a personable message on the box for my daughter for her bday nd she loved it. I got the letter donuts and they were so good and neat. I also got to try a apple pastry that was phenomenal... nd I don't say that lightly bc I don't care for cooked fruit usually but my goodness was it good. Clean, neat establishment in a beautiful area. I definitely will be back
Loved the pistachio doughnut! This place is connected to Ten Mile House so it doesn't have seating of it's own but it's primarily take out. Went here around 11am on a Sunday and it still had plenty of doughnuts available. The pistachio one was bomb.

The donut selection was pretty good. Jelly filled donut had a nice, real raspberry filling that was a little bit tart. Chocolate glazed donut was decent, prices were fine as well.
My only problem is that this rating only goes to 5 stars because this place is at least a 7-8. We are always on the hunt for local places when we are taking a covid 2020 local road trip.
It’s a tad deceiving because only a visual sample is on display but I think that keeps the product fresher which is a plus for the consumer. We chose the maple glazed and chocolate glaze and they were excellent. Fresh and not overly doughy tasting. It’s like you could taste the quality of the ingredients they use. So so good!!!
