The food was amazing! I highly recommend the dumplings and the garlic butter fried chicken. The staff were friendly and explained the dishes well, the restaurant is also quite cozy. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Recommended for great Korean food. We tried different dishes, such as korean bbq, fried chicken, dumplings and noodles with black bean sausage- all were delicious. They also bring some pickles as complementary, including kimchi. Service was good and staff were welcoming. Kid friendly and convenient for families. Just had an incredible dining experience at Damso Korean Restaurant in Amstelveen! The food is beyond delicious. We tried their Bulgogi, Yang Yum Chicken, Pajeon (Korean Seafood Pancake) and the Tja Djang Myun (Noodles in Black Bean Sauce) - all were a flavor explosion. The interior is simple but super cozy and clean, giving off a great vibe. It's a family restaurant, and the owners are so friendly; it feels like you're having a meal at their home. The unique Korean drinks add a special touch. Plus, the Banchan that comes with the dishes completes the experience perfectly. Highly recommend this spot to everyone. A must try for sure! My rate: 4/5. Recommended! We ordered some dishes and were happy with the quality. Prices were reasonable and portions were quite big. Jajangmyeon could be better if it was less corn starch in the sauce. The sauce tasted like from pre-made/ready to use/instant sauce. Kimchi was a bit bitter and salty. Service was slow as they were understaffed. Homemade drink was nice! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €40–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Very authentic spot for Korean food right here! Away from the hip& hype of the new Korean restaurants in town, the menu is amazing and so is the food, friendly staff they sure do know how to communicate, lovely authentic atmosphere..I also couldn't finish my food and they were kind enough to provide take away tupperwares, bit pricy but def worth it. Will come back for sure! 🇰🇷❤️💙 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Sadly not as good as before. Did not like the jjajiangmyun at all. The soup was very spicy but bland. It really lacked flavour. Samgyupsal was a dish with really nice flavour. Loved that one! It came with rice. Was not grilled at the table. Interior is very basic and not cozy. It’s very small, and only one waitress working. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

Excellent food and service! Obviously 10/10. We were waiting for 1,5 hours in a queue so we recommend booking a table in advance. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
From the most friendly and helpful staff, to the tastiest food, this place has become the first go-to restaurant for korean food for me and my fiancé. We have tried so far the delicious crab pancakes, the tastiest fried chicken (garlic butter, honey soy, and yang yum), and the drool worthy He Mul Tok Pokki. The portions are generous, and the taste authentic. We had already tried korean food in other restaurants, but once we had visited this one it was so good that we went back for more the week just after it and will probably be going there frequently. I definitely recommend it !

I have been here several times. The dishes in general are nice but small portions, thus relatively expensive. Meaning I had better quality (or at least, personal taste) and more fulfilling portions in similar restaurants (authentic Korean a la carte). The first time I came here was my first authentic Korean restaurant in NL. I ordered a classic bibimbap and it made me dislike bibimbap. It had hardly any meat but I learned that wasn't necessary always the case since I liked bibimbap in other restaurants later. The most recent time we tried a lot of dishes and it was tasty, just not fulfilling as I was still a little hungry afterwards... Sure, the interior doesn't add points to the atmosphere but the staff is usually helpful and kind. Parking might be tricky around that area but there is a parking area on walking distance. Personally it is not my #1 favourite Korean restaurant in NL but I would recommend to try this place if you haven't!
