I've been to this DQ several times and the majority of the time the food is good. This time ,unfortunately,wasn't. I had gotten a flam thrower burger,which I have gotten several times before,and this time the patties were small,over cooked,thin&dry. The cheese wasn't melted and over all the burger was cold...on the plus side with that,the burger was at least constructed well,not sloppy.I had also gotten a tender basket with the onion rings and fries. Tenders were dry and though it was supposed to be 4 of them I got more like partial 3. Which I'm sure it's part of the shrink flaiton ,I work in a kitchen and have definitely seen it.This was a drive through order and we didn't feel like packing it all back up& coming back. It wasn't that awful,but it wasn't as good as I have had in the past.At least don't give out the old, dry patties and make sure the over all burger is hot.

Unfriendly woman took our order. She showed zero personality and came off as rude. I can see why these places are suffering...low quality, lazy employees that act like they don't want to be there. The quality of workers was so much higher years ago! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered thru the drive in and didn't receive a meal I ordered and the lady who took my order seem to be rushing me and was very rude. Also she said they was out of burgers and could only do chicken which isn't a big deal. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Disappointed that they’re hours online day they’re open until 10pm. When we go to order at 8:40pm they locked the doors already when posted times on the doors stated they were open until 9pm. Service: 1

The service was slow in the drive thru. After the long wait my fries were soggy and luke warm. When we arrived back at our hotel, we realized they forgot the ranch sauce for our chicken nuggets. Whoever is running this evening shift should learn how to multi task. So sick of every fast food place only careing about their drivethru times so they look good to the higher ups. No everone fits in the drive thru so he gets a rush 2 people inside trying to order and like 7 cars in the drive thru so he says he has to close the lobby there getting behind. Like learn how to do your job and all around and quit careing about the drive thru. Like what does a trucker gotta do these days to eat walk thru the drive thru? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This Dairy Queen is on my way home so it’s one of my most frequented fast food spots. With most fast food, I don’t have super high expectations for the overall experience, but tonight I had such a great service experience it moved me to leave a positive review. I’m not sure what has changed but the service was fantastic. The person in drive up seemed to be having a great time, was extremely polite, and made suggestions to help me find the best value for my meal. The meal itself came out and looked like it was actually packaged with care. Thanks for the great service, I’m actually looking forward to returning!
