I have been coming to the Biddeford location for years because of the two women running it. They are pillars in this community and I feel like family when I'm there. They work very hard and I highly recommend making sure to retain these two employees Robin and Lisa. Raises for both of them. I eat at one of their restaurants at least once a week. Fresh and well prepared. Good value for your dollar. If you are trying to eat healthier with less carbs or gluten-free, you can get sandwiches as rice bowls (ask for less rice) or over salads. The crews are always really nice people. I’ve been a few times by myself and with my children when in Biddeford. The staff is friendly, smiling and talkative to you. It’s is clean and quiet inside and welcoming to eat in. I grew up in NH going to my local shop. I’m glad my kids can experience the same thing. I definitely recommend this place! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

11/30/23 1:52pm. Dirty lobby and a manager who feels entitled to openly belittle and condescend employees directly in front of customers. This manager is in some serious need of remedial training. Food was great at a decent price which surprised me when I can't leave a grocery store for less than $50 usually. Service was awesome and got recommended a sub that I didn't see on menu that I loved. I've been here about four times. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The order is made correctly and its never a long wait. The restaurant always appears clean.

I stopped on my way home from doing some shopping, I stood in lane (with nobody in front of me) for almost 10 minutes. Which they were busy so I can understand how that can happen. I picked up 3 sandwiches, a large #9, a large ham italian and a medium steak and cheese. I upgraded my husbands sandwich to the one pound of meat. First off, it cost almost $36.00. That would have been fine if they had actually upgraded his sandwich as requested and PAID for and also if mine (the small steak and cheese) wasn't way over cooked, to the point that it was burnt and crunchy! It was absolutely horrible! I will not be going back to the Biddeford location anytime soon!
