Spectacular, I really hope our other local breweries discove the magic of different yeasts the same way they have for malt and hops. Cuver's use of Belgian yeast sets their brews apart from the rest of the pack. The Dark and Golden Abbey ales are perfection. The seasonal Devil's Bell IPA was just as amazing as the Abbey Ales. Should be high on any micro brew lovers list. I did a braised rabbit with the Devil's Bell and it was amazing. All of their beer is worthy of cooking with as well.

I am so happy that I took the time to make a stop at CUVER and sample their beers. I am an avid IPA drinker but after sampling CUVER's lineup of Belgian beers I may have changed my favorites list. Their beers are absolutely fabulous, I enjoyed every one of the 7 samples in the extended flight!! It's not a sprawling brewery like you find down the road but the atmosphere is very nice and you can tell immediately that it is a family run business, the staff are very friendly and are eager to tell you about their beers. If you like beer, do yourself a favor and stop by CUVER.

Great new place in Windsor doing authentic Belgian beers. Very friendly staff and owners, nice patio, very cool new inside seating, and of course great beers. Great as a destination, but if you're already going to Russian River then do yourself a favor and stop in here, too.

Heard about this place and wanted to learn more. Brand new brewery in Windsor not far from Russian River and across the street from Barley & Bine. Came in for a flight and was blown away by the experience. The beers are amazing, offering a wide range of styles, and they have big plans for what’s to come. They are literally just getting started and their first batch of beers impressed us both. The staff couldn’t be nicer. They sat with us and talked about the beers and the ingredients they are using. What a special place. Not sure what beers they plan to release next, but if you’re looking for authentic Belgian style brews, cuVer is it. Cheers! 🍻

Great brew pub. Refreshing introduction to Belgian style beers. Small but excellent variety of beers to taste. All brewed on site. For a unique choice in some great tasting beers, I highly recommend making a stop. The staff are so friendly and the atmosphere is perfect for a group of friends to hang and commiserate.

It is so exciting to find a place that does authentic Belgian Beers here in Sonoma County. This is a refreshing change from the hop bombs offered by the likes of Russian River Brewing. The Owners and brewmaster are themselves Belgian and their beers are excellent. They also offer Growlers, Bottles and even kegs!
